Small business owner Gas station that serves multiple purposes, gas, U-Haul, i think car wash. Small inside with area for drinks, liquor, "gas station things" some more unique items. Prices are standard. It is a good place to go yet not necessarily full service in all areas due to multitude of services and low staff yet as the name say it is convenient.
Had a great experience at Center Point Convenience Store. We were returning a 26 foot U Haul truck there. The gentleman working the store had to check us in, and run the busy store. He was super polite and took his time with us. He even came out and parked the truck in the line of trucks for my husband, who had no experience backing in a truck of that size. He waited on all the customers with attention. We bought some soft drinks before we left. It was my first time going to this store, as we are new to the area, but I definitely plan to return based on my positive experience.
Worst truck rental experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I woke up at 3:45am to get our uHaul rental at 4am to start our busy day moving. Upon arriving at 4am, uHaul said there’s no self checkout at this location so we needed to wait until 5am when the store opens. That’s more of a backstory of leading into my experience with this convenience store but not exactly their fault. After our move being forcefully pushed back an hour, we arrived ahead of 5am to pick up our truck. They were late opening so wasn’t able to go in until 5:10am. Once I go in, the lady told me no on picking up my truck because “it’s too early and they need to make breakfast.” I thought she was joking. But then she kept shaking her head and shooing me away. After standing my ground and informed her time and time again that my reservation was already set up, she decided to do the finished paperwork for me and hand me my keys. She told me, “I don’t know where it’s parked. Just walk around.” So then I was sent into the very dark parking lot to search for this vehicle for the next ten minutes. I found my truck, which smelt so bad I had to drive around in 100 degree weather with the windows down. I’m not someone who nit picks a lot of things. But it was truly one thing after another of some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Not only did they charge full price for a refill on my foundation drink but there's a $2 minimum to use a card! Thank God there was a good Samaritan that had change to spare,it's too hot out for stores to be greedy!
Quality depends on who's working, if adults are working the quality is there from you would expect from a KFC but if it's a bunch of kids avoid at all costs. Food is cold often wrong or not available and customer service or the lack there of shows.
On top of charging me for my gas they charged an additional $75 to my credit card as a hold and won’t remove it. Do not get gas here unless you have tons of spare money.
You don't see too many businesses like this that are actually staffed by the owners! Very pleasant folks! I'm a frequent visitor....
Not a fancy convenient store. Bathrooms are ok. Staff was friendly
Charged me $2.73 for a 44 ounce fountain drink. Ridiculous!
I had the worst experience turning in my Uhaul. They attempted to over charge me after I paid upfront for my rental. My receipt said otherwise but they refused to believe me. The gas station owner then told me she couldn’t help and to call the place where I rented originally. I called them and then was told they can’t help me and that I needed to call customer service. Not to mention the lady on the phone had a total attitude with me and both reps treated me like I was lying. From there I spent 30 mins on the phone... Waiting. Finally I spoke to a corporate rep that told the gas station they had it wrong and they weren’t supposed to charge me again. DON’T USE THIS REP. USE ANY OTHER DEALER BUT THIS ONE IN ARKANSAS AND SAVE YOUR SOUL FROM STRESS AND MONEY.
