The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Car accidents are never fun and can be extremely stressful at times. From the moment I was greeted by Itzel I felt comforted and confident that I was at the right place. She began the initial process and put us in touch with Jesse , my service advisor that patiently explained the entire repair & claim process to me. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and consistently updated me throughout the repairs process providing me explanations on what was being replaced, repaired, as well as the time frames. He set the expectations from the beginning and delivered on all ends. I am extremely impressed with the entire experience. I thank the entire staff, from the front end, to the back end staff for all of your amazing effort and work. My car looks better then expected! Thank you !! Danny
