Very rude customer service department. It seems they make up policies as they go to aggravate the consumer and make their jobs easier! I highly recommend that you run away from this bank as quickly as possible! They are conniving theives awaiting their next victims.
Inadequate, unprofessional, rude, and deceptive Managment and staff. DO NOT TRUST ANY CENTRAL BANK. WOULD NOT, provide assistance on MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT, because there were "only 2 of us working". She had the temerity to tell me she would call me back, if she had time!! She didn't even ask why I was calling nor pronounce my name, my business' name correctly. Elaina or Alaina, did manage to call me back 3 hours later at 4:57pm. I was already out of office, heading to a clients home. THANKS for NOTHING JERKS!
After using the mobile app, mobile deposit, they accepted the deposit. Two weeks later they then withdrew all the money with no notice! No form of communication. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!!!
