I called this morning to speak to the Holden branch and the switch board operator was short and sort of rude. She informed me that I could chose the option to speak to that branch via the automated system. I started to tell her that the phone transferred me before I was able to select that option and before I knew it she was transferring me. Not a single pleasantly exchanged, I’m sorry your three day weekend didn’t suite you. Thankfully the ladies at the Holden branch were much more friendly!!
Very very rude customer service on the phone on 12/06/22. Would not provide name of who we spoke to. They are trying to charge an account off with my wife being signed off as a signer. My 18year old niece owns them money and they are trying to put it against my wife when she never signed to be an owner of the account.
Central Bank of Warrensburg is an amazing hometown bank! Their employees have great customer service. They work with you to help resolve any issue you can think of. If they don’t know the answer they’ll find someone who does. They go above and beyond with their customer service to make you feel important and that they car. I’m always welcomed with a smile and a friendly face when I walk in or go through their drive-thru. In the last couple years of banking with them I haven’t had a single complaint. You should try them out too! I’d give them 11/10 stars if that was an option!
Went to have a name added to my account. It should have been something very simple. Was told that there was only one person in the whole bank who could add a name to an account. Waited over 30 minutes to talk to this one person. Meanwhile other tellers and workers standing around doing nothing. Manager told me that i could come back on monday. Poor customer service for working people who work out of town. What they need to do is train their tellers to help their customers!
Central Bank of Warrensburg exceeds 5 stars as far as me and my family are concerned. All the employees that work here are professional and kind. Their online banking is easy to follow and the new mobile app is great!
Always great to work with. When I have problems with my card reader updating they came out and helped me figure everything out. Staff is super knowledgeable!
I absolutely love this bank especially compared to my old bank who charged fees like crazy! I like the customization options you have with accounts and even with the debit cards.
Hateful,unprofessional, and never willing to go above and beyond for customers. If your affiliated with another central bank you will have issues with this bank nonstop. Its horrible customer service.
Can't get a real person on phone. Automated message non stop says push parties extension or stay on phone. Tried three times ten min each. Why can't a real person just pick up the phone
We had a drive up ATM until they took over Bank of Holden. Now we have to park and walk up to ATM on city street or walk into Casey's. Not even designated parking for ATM.
