Central Montgomery Mental Health/Mental Retardation Center, or Central, is the oldest private, not-for-profit, multi-service community mental health center in Montgomery County, PA. We provide services to more than 4,000 individuals and families through specialized programs, covering a full spectrum of behavioral health services.
Programs are available for all age groups, from pre-schoolers to adolescents to seniors.

Central Behavioral Health provides behavioral health and co-occurring treatment for individuals of all ages in the eastern and central Montgomery County area who may be in need regardless of their ability to pay, educating the community in sound mental health practices and the training of mental health professionals in all disciplines.
