Central Magnet School

The school is a great experience, and it has great intentions, but the workload can be a bit extreme at times. You have to be focused to do well here, and they definitely encourage you to do so! I'd recommend having your child try it. We all are basically a family here at central, and we open our arms to any and all newcomers!

I am so fortunate to be attending this school. Sure, the classes are a bit challenging, but the overall social environment at CMS is outstanding. I'm new to Central and less social than others, but I have already made several friends. I really do hope that people see my review and believe in CMS like they believe in me! #classof22

Fortunately, several young family members attend this school. Whether derived via extraordinary schooling; attentive parenting; or likely a combination of both, the product is dramatically and excitingly self evident. Most importantly, these kids THINK objectively and critically FOR THEMSELVES call it maturity? and at an impressive age level. Such is considered somewhat rare today by many standards. As an uncle living hundreds of miles from Murfreesboro, one most appreciates the staff commitment and thoughtful structure requisite in execution of an apparently fine learning environment. Thank you for growing the rationale minds of our future.

I am a retiring counselor at Central Magnet School. I have worked in education for many years in three states. CMS is a exceptional school for highly motivated students. This is a school for students who love to learn and for faculty members who love to teach. It has been an honor to work alongside the fine counselors, faculty and administrators at CMS. We are # 1 in Tennessee...can't wait to see what the future holds for this fine school.

Physical symptoms of stress include: Low energy Headaches Upset stomach, including diarrhoea, constipation, and nausea Aches, pains, and tense muscles Chest pain and rapid heartbeat Insomnia Frequent colds and infections Loss of sexual desire and/or ability Nervousness and shaking, ringing in the ear Cold or sweaty hands and feet Excess sweating Dry mouth and difficulty swallowing Clenched jaw and grinding teeth Cognitive symptoms of stress include: Constant worrying Racing thoughts Forgetfulness and disorganisation Inability to focus Poor judgement Being pessimistic or seeing only the negative side of life

I went to middle school there and it was a great challenging experience that you can't get at any other school in the county and the teachers are very kind, so this school is the bomb!

This place is amazing. It offers so much for students and has many different opportunities that normally wouldn't be offered!

It is an amazing school with high standards, and a good place to go to if you want a real challenge.

This school is by far the best school in the county. I would never want to be anywhere else.
