◘ Yoga

Yoga is a mind-body practice that offers mental,
physical and spiritual health benefits. With
regular practice it can improve strength and
flexibility, enhance mental clarity and focus
and reduce stress. Weekly yoga classes offered
at the Centre are open to students at all levels
of practice.

♦ Mondays 5:00-6:15 PM
♦ Wednesdays 9:00-10:30 AM
♦ Thursdays 6:00-7:15 PM
♦ Friday (bimonthly)* 9:00-10:30 AM
♦ Saturday (bimonthly)** 10:00-11:30 AM
