I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Moore and her staff. Crystal at the front desk was a delight and very helpful. Dr  Moore's assistant was equally delightful and efficient  Dr. Moore will have you in and out in a flash and couldn't be sweeter!!!  Visiting Centreville Eye Care was an amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this office for all your eye care needs!!!

Excellent experience for my routine exam.  I was seen very quickly after arriving for my appointment.  The tech who conducted the preliminary tests was pleasant and efficient.  The optometrist, Dr. Moore, is extraordinarily pleasant and reassuring.  She is very good about going over everything and explaining things properly.

I never write reviews, especially for a doctor’s office. I had to make this exception because this is the greatest doctors office I have ever been to. Every single doctor in this office is incredible! Dr. Moore and Dr.Simms actually make the appointments fun. I don’t even know how that’s possible. Their staff is so kind and will make any accommodations you need. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and ensure you have all the information you need prior and post appointments.  I strongly encourage anyone looking for a new doctor to come here. You will not regret it :

Dr Kathleen Moore is a top rated optometrist. I have been going to Centreville Eye Care Center for 10 years now and my experience with Dr. Moore, her staff has been professional at all times. I highly recommend their eye center for your vision care.

I came to visit Dr. Simms for my initial eye exam my fiance thinks I'm blind. Turns out, I am slightly! Dr. Simms was great and explained everything that was going on with my eyes. She answered all my questions and made the exam fun and interesting. They also have a really fun staff, which I never expect at a doctors office. Usually the staff can be cold and highlight why you suck at filling out admin forms haha! I highly recommend this optometrist office.

I love this place. Dr. Simms is amazing. They truly care about their patients & don't try to do any unnecessary work or push prescriptions if not needed.

I loved my recent experience with Dr. Kelly Hale at the Centreville Eye Center.  My previous practice sold out to a bigger company and the personal care experience is gone - Dr. Hale and her staff  completed my eye testing and exam with obvious experience, skill and caring.  I left confident and comfortable knowing my eyes were in good hands!

Very rude receptionists. I called to make an appt and they couldn't verify my vision insurance. They made me call the insurance company and the insurance company said everything fine on their end and if they needed a certificate of proof of insurance they can call and request it. So I called back and this receptionist was a little bit nicer but as soon as she couldn't verify the insurance she got rude as well. She said she wouldn't call to request anything and said I probably had the wrong information. Just to make sure that wasn't the case , I called another optometrist See & Company and they were able to schedule me right away. No problems. She knew what to do and was polite. Centreville Eye Care Center didn't want me as a client but I feel like I saved myself a headache.

Dr. Hale is amazing. I had a problem with my eye and she fit me in the same day. She took great care and was very thorough. After her examination she explained exactly what was wrong and my treatment for the condition. I wish there were doctors like her and this practice!
