Had a great experience from start to finish! Woman at the front desk made sure that all my information was in order days before my appointment. All I had to do was walk in and walk out! My dental hygienist Arati was excellent! Not only did she do a fantastic job cleaning my teeth but made me feel comfortable and informed the entire time. Dr. Park was kind and energetic and quickly evened out a chipped tooth for me. Highly recommend this dentistry!

If you’re looking for a very friendly & extremely clean place, this is the place you need. The staff was outstanding, very attentive they explain & answer all your questions. Adriana was so sweet, kind, professional & knowledgeable. Amanda the dental hygienist was beyond attentive & very nice. & not to leave out Dr Banavar, very courteous & laid out a great plan for my smile. I will be gladly returning to this location.
I had an excellent experience at SmileOn dentistry!! The staff was very enthusiastic and the Dentist was so on point! Honestly it was so pleasant and comfortable I didn’t want to leave the dentist chair. The hygienist our so friendly and passionate about their craft! My teeth feel super clean and I’m ready to go out for lunch . I would highly recommend this particular office off the charts customer service coming from office manger’s also!!
Our recent visit to Smile on Dentistry for a cleaning was disappointing, and we have decided not to return due to several issues we encountered. During my appointment, I informed the hygienist about the plaque I felt in between my teeth while flossing. Unfortunately, the hygienist was unable to remove it and suggested that the dentist examine it during the exam. However, Dr. Park dismissed my concerns and refused to check the plaque herself, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and invalidated. I had to seek another dentist to have the plaque properly removed, highlighting a lack of attention and professionalism. Adding to our disappointment, during my husband's appointment a few weeks later, the dental hygienist failed to polish the stains off his teeth. The office overlooked this issue, sending him off as if he hadn't received a cleaning at all. Dr. Banavar's failure to address the stains during the exam further emphasizes the negligence and lack of professionalism exhibited. While Smile on Dentistry's location is convenient for us, the consistently poor quality of service and disregard for our concerns have forced us to seek an alternative dental provider. Thorough cleanings and prompt, respectful attention to patient concerns should be priorities for any dental office. We hope that sharing our feedback will contribute to improvements and a more positive experience for future patients at Smile on Dentistry.
Dr. Banavar does excellent work! She is friendly and personable as is her staff and office, I am glad I found them. If you are in the Centreville/Clifton area, why travel far when you have the best right here!
This dentist is a scam. They tried to sell me a retainer although I have a retainer from an ortho that fits, and then they tried to tell me I need a deep cleaning on 3 teeth but they only do it on pairs of 2 so I’d have to get another tooth deep cleaned too? I have never had a filling and I went back to my old dentist Neibauer in manassas and they said my teeth looked great and didn’t try to sell me anything. SmileOn also asks you to write a review to win something, I would not recommend.
On both occasions I visited, the front desk associates, dental hygienists, and the dentist were all extremely helpful and informative, patiently answering all of my endless questions. During my most recent visit, I had an especially large number of questions, but the front desk associate, Carla, and the dental hygenist were very kind and provided thorough responses to all of my questions. Polite, professional and efficient dentist office.
Love the staff and the overall experience was awesome, my son is 9 years old and he is terrified being in the dental office , but he did amazing job and the staff was very patient and made my boy feel safe and comfortable, thank you to the staff and thank you to Dr Park she was great.
