CF Cold Storage

This is awful location! I was scheduled here for 7 am pick up. Arrived earlier, and they have signs to call and do check in through the phone. Called them several times, no answer. And parked in their yard, felt asleep. Couldn’t hear my alarm, and was late for 1,5 hours and they told me to pay $415. I was able to bring it down to $257 with help of my dispatcher. I will try never to come back to this facility. I will ask my dispatcher not to take any loads in and out from here!!!!!

Nice check in ppl. Got a door within 25 minutes, loaded within the hour. Not a bad experience for me. 12/26/2022

Very polite respectful and hard working people, Appointment 7:00AM put me in a door right away, out by 8:00AM Overnight parking available

I arrived at this place to pick up and call the number to check in and the person who attended me hung up the phone on me 5 times people who have no respect for their work or for others

very slow must have laid off people or needing help setting here 16 hours and still haven’t got to a dock yet they do have parking not a lot but they have it

Come here if you have day to waste. Disrespectful life hating employees, with no f’s given when it comes to truckers. Never coming back here and it’s been second time

Overnight parking available they unload by appt only but quick unload 30 min only .

Deliveries for Monogram Gourmet come here. Cold storage facility for product freight of Monogram. Receiving hours begin 7am. Must call phone number in order to check in. Decent unloading times.

Nice people. Brought cheese, appt 7am. Arrived 4pm prior day. Parking available. Called at 1am. Empty by 230am. Went back to my spot and slept till my original appt. No issues. No other trucks in the docks when I backed in so it was pretty painless but if there were cabs in front of all the trailers it would be a little tight. Port a potty. But clean.
