I get a call at the end of the business day yesterday that my appt the following morning is cancelled and i need to rescheduled for something the same day but later and I’m instructed to call in the morning. So now I call the office opens at 8 but you all keep the phones off til 830? My original appt was for 815 so how exactly is someone supposed to make new arrangements when you won’t take calls that early? What are you people doing?! Or are all the CHA offices run this backwards now?
I have to wait 20 minutes or longer, when they do answer they start talking and then it hangs up, need better service!!!
I have gone to a number of physical therapists, but these guys are my favorites. The only reason they don't get a 5th star is for their lack of a pool. Their therapists are gentle, knowledgeable, and never seem hurried even when, um, er, you're the person running a little late! Waittimes are extremely reasonable. After your session you are frequently given ice or a hot pack as required and some time to decompress. I have had a total knee replacement with these guys and am about to start on my second go-round, confident that they're not going to hurt me and will treat me with respect. My first knee healed pretty much perfectly!
Whenever I call I have to wait more than 20 minutes to be able to talk to someone and apart from that the person who answers is not sufficiently trained to solve a simple question they always say let me ask and we will call you back, which never happens and if it comes back to call another one, again we have to wait more than 20 minutes if you don't have enough staff hire more but I don't think that's the problem because I've already been there for my appointments and the receptionists instead of answering the phone that doesn't stop ringing they get to talk to each other, sincerely bad service they have to train them more.
Worst health care received in Boston. I damaged my knee on a fixed gear bike and then skiing. Asked for an MRI. Forced into a worthless x-ray, told my kneecap was not shattered, told to do PT, and sent on my way. Knee is still not right 1 year later and still seeking an MRI to understand if my MCL or meniscus is damaged.
Everyone was super nice during our visit
The staff is excellent and go out of the way to make sure everything great. Always on time and prompt.
I was skeptical about coming here but I came here for postpartum therapy and isabela has been great and the staff are friendly and very professional .
WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!
