In the GI surgery I had a injection in my vein it was very painful and after Colonoscopy in the ricavery all the nurses come to me very fast and put my clothes on and didn't speak and put me out of bed to the car no water I was confused after anesthesia. I came home and thinking may be there was fair alarm but was not why they was so harry they think I am a doll very bad painful for me.
I went to the urgent care thought they had an actual emergency room about a week and a half ago for a deep cut in the middle of my hand from cooking- the doctor there gave me a few stitches, I came back a week later to get the stitches out and explained I had numbness in my finger. He said that was normal and to not do anything and the feeling would come back in a month or so. Luckily ran into a surgeon over the weekend and he told me that the numbness is NOT normal. I saw a hand surgeon today and have to get surgery TOMORROW and thank god I came into get it looked at because it could cause even more damage if I didn’t have surgery soon. DO NOT GO HERE.
Wait times are 3-4 months out for most specialties. It's lovely to experience the wait times typical of a country with socialized medicine paired with the costs of an extractive capitalist dystopia.
I was very well attended in the radiology sector. Thank you very much for the good work.
Giving this location one star only because all of the CHA physicians I have seen, including the ones at this location, were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility was very clean. Unfortunately, CHA's billing practices are highly unethical and predatory. Long story short: do not go to this location or use CHA at all if you want to be charged thousands of dollars even if you have private insurance. I was referred to go to this urgent care for post-exposure rabies shots because my PCP told me they didn’t have appointment availability for over a month due to staffing issues. I was told by both front desk staff and the physicians I saw in my initial visit that it would be cheaper to receive shots at that location as it would be classified as an urgent care rather than an ER. That turned out to be the opposite of the truth. All of the bills I am receiving because I had to visit this location four times for all the shots in the series are labeled as hospital services by CHA despite this location being labeled by an urgent care. My total out of pocket looks like it will amount to over $3k after insurance once I finish receiving all of the bills. Going to an ER would have been cheaper, and the CHA billing department has been less than helpful. Save yourself from a huge financial burden and headaches of trying to unsuccessfully negotiate with billing departments by not even going near CHA.
They won't let me accompany my patient. I'm sitting in the waiting room while they administer pain killers and care. I'm sitting here worried and not knowing what's happening. Don't come here. I'm editing a 1 star review. I was let in and the care is fantastic. My patient says 5 stars.
My mother was taken to this hospital to the emergency center. Due to the pandemic they told us only one person would be admitted. They had me wait in a chair by the doors not letting me in at all. The security person gave me a number to call the emergency nursing station to get an update. Waiting three hours and have called three times with still no information. Meanwhile my aging mother is alone with no one by her side. I think this is a terrible way to handle emergencies. I feel like the pandemic has been here long enough for this hospital to figure out how to handle themselves better.
I was in the waiting room with pain of 6 at first it got so bad I cried and told the lady up front that I have seen 20 people come after me go ahead of me. Her answer to that was oh well I don’t know why the person for the ultrasound didn’t show up and you are free to go anywhere else. I waited some more and more people went ahead of me and I decided to leave and as I was walking I almost fell and no one asked to help or come running just dirty looks from everyone.
Ok. So I had a doctor's appointment here and the parking policy up front is FREE for 0 to 30 minutes. 31 minutes to an hour is $5. I was in my appointment for a few extra minutes and parked there for a few minutes extra and the attendant was ready to collect my $5, chasing me down. Maybe some manners? He felt like the parking police. Or maybe there could be a better system with a gate. I really don't see the point of such a stringent patient parking policy when there is open parking. I'm already paying for my visit.
The worst experience ever Dr Karim fawaz messed up with my procedure, very unprofessional I went back to them to fix it and they sent me to Everett ED and now I have to wait in the hospital 2 night to fix what they messed up, from a simple procedure to a nightmare because of his irresponsibly .
