I drive almost a 2 hour round trip to take my daughter to Dr. Chainani. Would never consider anyone else for her. He also takes care of my special needs grandson's health and is so wonderful with him and his care. If your looking for a wonderful Doctor for your children he is the best!!
Dr. Chainani is hands down the best pediatrician around. He listens to my concerns and works diligently with me to care for my medically fragile son. I don't ever have to wait for an appointment to bring him in. If something is going on with him I can bring him in as a walk in and get seen. The staff here does an outstanding job!
They don’t care about their patients. All they care about is money. That’s why they kept calling in a child amoxicillin over and over and over when they actually had leukemia. Ignorant and careless. We definitely will not be back. Believe the bad reviews. The nurses act like children. Literally asked me if I was refusing to give a urine sample when they told me to give one when I was ready and hadn’t even done what I came for. Like if I was refusing you would know it bc I’m grown
Because 0 isn’t an option. Dealing with this office has been a nightmare. My partner is bipolar, and after the initial visit they gave the pharmacy a seizure med that could’ve been harmful to his health. When we called to notify them of the mistake, the I.T. guy answered and gave medical advice as if he was a physician. They also require you have a follow-up for literally everything. Bloodwork, med refills, things you should NOT need to take time off to do. If you don’t get a notification for a follow up, apparently you have to do a walk in, they can’t make an appointment. They’ll let you go cold turkey off your meds and expect you to continue to work with them. AVOID.

The fact that someone who isn't even in the office is sharing the computer screen with the doctor as well as our personal business doesn't sit right with me. When you call you can't even speak to anyone who actually works in the office. It always some rude guy named Dave who doesn't relay messages.
I’ve dealt with them 10 years. No complaints until today and yesterday. I’ve called two days in a row trying to get something for my cough and an infusion referral. I got lied to yesterday by the receptionist and hung up on today after speaking to two or 3 different people. I will not be using them anymore after this. Having all three of us home with covid is scary enough, but to have them not care and you go to them for them to supposedly too. Im at a loss of words after my experience today. I’ll be seeking help from the er tonight and hopefully get referred to another pediatrician with staff that cares about our well being.
The best doctor I have had he so caring and really cares about his patients I have been going here since he took over Dr Lou’s old office I’m now 27 with three babies of my own. I really couldn’t ask for a better doctor and I will always refer him to everybody
My family love this MD so much! He knows our three kids by name and greets them and us every time we have an appointment. He always explains everything so well and will draw pictures when necessary!
