I was able to get a same day appointment after I injured my knee. Office staff was friendly and helpful, and check in was very quick. The facility itself is very nice as well. The radiologist who took my X-rays was so kind and efficient. Nurses were very nice also. I saw Dr. Banks and immediately liked him. He has a great bedside manner. He listened, answered my questions, and explained things well. I especially appreciated his conservative approach to treatment. I felt calmer after leaving his office.
First off, I can not attest to their level of patient care or performance. I didn't even make it to an appointment because of the poor patient/customer service! My doctor referred me to this establishment. When the office called, I was always at work and could not answer the phone. Messages were left, but whenever I would try to return them, there was NEVER an answer. After about a month and a half of calling and leaving messages and not being able to reach a person, I left a message for them to just schedule me an appointment and I would come. A lady called me back and said that she could not because there were questions that she had to asked. Okay, so continuing to call and having no person to answer, I finally left message asking if some kind of correspondence can be done through mail since I was having such a tough time trying to get an appointment. The lady called me again during my work hours and left message saying she would call me at 8 the next morning, which she did, but I told her I could not talk at that moment and if she would call back in about 5 minutes, I could talk with her. She told me that she wasn't going to guarantee me that she would because she was busy on the phone with hospitals, doctors, etc....I guess everyone except potential patients. After about five minutes, I called back and no answer, as always, so I left message telling her, I'm on my job and I can't answer whenever, and since I can't get anyone, no matter what time I called, if she would call me back during the evening when I'm available to talk with her without interruptions. She called back a few minutes later and just started babbling about what problems I had going on, etc...never having any commom courtesy or customer communication skills offering an apology or just being pleasant on the phone. Very poor communication skills...she gave me the info. that I guess I needed, told me that I needed to call a prior doctor and have my medical records fax to them before I could schedule an appointment. Well, dang a bear!!! After about two months calling trying to make an appointment, and now telling me I needed to have the previous Dr. release medical treatment and fax them before an appointment......No, it's a no for me from the start! Work on your common courtesy/customer service skills!
I had an appointment this morning. I was not aware they had moved to a new location. Called them 4 times, finally spoke with a receptionist, told her I could not find them. She gave me directions and told me to come on. Got there, and was told Dr. Fleck wouldn't see me because I was late. I showed them my phone where I had called. I was 10 minutes late. If this is any indication of this man's practice, I could not imagine how he is as a doctor. I will not go there again.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!! They are CROOKS!!!!!!!! Dr. Kyle Fleck is a TERRIBLE doctor. He performed surgery and has been completely irresponsible, unresponsive, lacks ANY CARE, any consistency, has no bedside manner and is a DISGRACE of a doctor. He leaves his patients in pain. Does not follow up on their care and concerns. REFUSES TO CALL IN medicines that HE was giving the patient in hospital, once discharged- that is not a controlled substance and is for muscle spasms and nerve pain For an urgent surgery due to accident that he so carelessly performed- and TWO failed nerve blocks he performed. For a patient in pain and having unbearable visible spasms. This office is a disgrace. They do not call patients back. They have no on call providers for urgent issues after they perform surgery. Dr Kyle Fleck should be ASHAMED at the terrible service or lack there of he delivers. You took an oath to take care of patients and it is sickening that you do not uphold that oath. Run from this practice. Do deep research on tift regional and Georgia sports medicine- do not allow them to operate on you. Please save yourself the torment and trauma Our family has had to go through.
Was recently there. And I cannot stress how big I'm on customer service. With that being said. It was this black young lady who came to do door calling for the Patients to get to the back.. In doing so, I noticed how she was calling them and her body Language As though she had some sort of a problem.she wasn't very pleasant, no smiles. And the voice she was using wasn't Inviting. One patient was coming out before her in a wheel chair and she didn't even help! She just stood behind them with folders in her hand..
I don't understand why the Google reviews are so low BUT this staff from receptionist to surgeons are very caring and knowledgeable. I live an hour away and will travel to this office everytime.
