Before coming to Champion Naturopathic Health, my 18 year-old daughter had been struggling with unresolved gut issues for almost 2 years, which were physically and emotionally disruptive to her daily life. We had tried conventional medicine and after many doctors' visits and a roller coaster of temporary but unsuccessful treatments, our chiropractor suggested we meet with Dr. Nate Champion. Through working with Dr. Nate, he was able to identify the root cause of her issues and implement a treatment plan of avoiding certain foods, along with the help of natural supplements. Within a few months' time she was able to rid the bacteria and yeast overgrowth in her intestines and heal her gut. Dr. Nate also provided us with invaluable education on how to promote and maintain a healthy lifestyle through the foods we consume. We highly recommend Champion Naturopathic Health!
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nate Champion. When I first met with him over a year ago I had already been seen by numerous traditional Dr. who were unable to find to root cause of my symptoms. He explained everything in a way that I understood. After my first appointment I did a lot of testing to get to the root cause so the healing could begin. It's been 11 months and I am happy to say that I am feeling 99% better - my test results are all now in a "normal" range, I have much more energy and symptoms I was experiences are completely gone. My only regret is that I wish I would have seen him sooner! If your health and wellbeing are a priority, then Dr Nate is the right Doctor for you.
For the past few years, I had noticed my digestion and overall energy levels were not where they normally should be. It became so extreme, that every time I would eat just about anything, my stomach would bloat intensely and it would cause such discomfort. I had inflammation throughout my entire body. I visited numerous doctors who either had no idea what was going on with me, or would just prescribe me yet another pill or antibiotic to try and take care of whatever symptom I was feeling. It became exhausting and I was feeling defeated. It felt like I had no one who was willing to help me or understand me, and to help me to get to the root cause of all of my health issues. That is until I found Dr. Nate. I scoured his website, and I read the testimonials of other people who had similar gut dysfunctions as I did, and it reassured me to make an appointment and get it sorted out. I am so, so glad I did! Every appointment I have had, has made me feel important as a patient, I feel taken care of, and most of all I feel understood. Dr. Nate really cares about his patients and he set up every single test that needed to be done in order for me to start my journey of healing. It was that easy! Dr. Nate was able to find that I tested positive for SIBO and other gut related issues. And he had the solutions for how to begin the healing process. I am over a month into healing my gut and SIBO, and I will say that my first two weeks, I felt like I had my health back! It’s incredible the results in even such a short amount of time. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Nate if you are experiencing the same symptoms I was. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to start the healing process, but I’m so glad I found a doctor that truly cares!
I had a great experience with Champion Naturopathic Health. Dr. Nate took the time to understand my entire medical history and all of the nuances of my health situation before designing my treatment plan for SIBO. My digestive symptoms are no longer a problem thanks to the care I received here. The office staff is wonderful as well; they always went out of their way to help me with any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend!
I had a great experience working with Dr. Nate. My problems started about 3 years ago....I started having allergy symptoms which turned into 4-5 sinus infections a year and along with that came ear infections. I now have had many rounds of antibiotics and tubes put in my ears. After dealing with the so called "allergies" even though when tested by an allergist - ragweed was the only thing that showed up I was fatigued and constantly light headed and still getting sinus infections and all my regular Doctors and ENT's gave me was Flonase. So I gave Dr. Nate a call and made and appointment. I was pleased to see that testing came before any diagnosis was given. Dr. Nate was able to show me that I actually was dealing with an unhealthy gut / Candida overgrowth. Now 60 Days into the treatment i can honestly say its working. My Nasal passages have been cleared and many other issues have improved also. I would highly recommend Dr. Champion to anyone. This guy truly cares for his patients and helps you through the entire process.
Felt dismissive without doctor telling me personally that he couldn't help and felt dismissive without him providing other alternatives. I felt like the administrative assistant was rude. All in all, not helpful especially because I don't have a big health issue.
After 4 years of trying to understand why I was always tired, I decided to connect with a naturopathic doctor. Previously I tried changing lifestyle, eliminating food, and finally even eliminating coffee but all to no avail. Per a recommendation from a family member, I decided to look at naturopathy first instead of going to a sleep doctor. Dr. Nate was great in helping me understand what naturopathy was and why it was important. The body does a good job healing itself but sometimes it needs a little help. We found that my biggest issue was adrenal fatigue. Instead of using drugs as a band aid to cover a health issue that the body just needed a little help on, Dr. Nate encouraged my changes in lifestyle, food, drink, and exercise and recommended some supplements. This was exactly what my body needed. Within the first 2 months I could feel the changes. My body was repairing itself quickly and I felt great! The healing process overall probably took about a year and I mention this because it is easy to desire a drug in a pill that will quickly "cure" us .But many drugs are just a band aid that don't let your body heal itself permanently. It takes time to heal but it is well worth it. I feel like a different person from just a year ago and every dollar I spent with Dr. Nate was totally worth it.
I am a 70 year old woman and have suffered from gastrointestinal issues for many years without relief. Chronic heartburn, acid reflux, indigestion, bloating, bad breath, nausea, burping disorders, constipation, the list goes on. I have seen many gastroenterologists, had countless procedures and spent many hundreds and thousands of dollars on needless drugs and diets without any success. He had me do several tests and then put me on a special diet designed to eradicate the causes of sibo, plus supplements to bolster my weakened gut and overall health. I have been seeing him for four months and my condition has improved 100%! I would not have believed it if I hadn't experienced it myself. After so many years of suffering I am finally feeling well! Just about all of my symptoms have disappeared and I feel like a normal person now rather than someone who is always sick, popping antacids and not living the life of a healthy person. I'm sure there are many people in situations similar to mine, who are frustrated and just don't know where to turn for help. I highly recommend Dr Nate Champion. Dr Champion is professional, patient, an excellent listener, highly knowledgable in his field and a very good man. His approach to my illness is natural, noninvasive, logical and just plain healthy. I am eternally grateful to him and and the help he has given me.
Having UC has always been a challenge, the biggest change and greatest reward was finding Dr. Champion, I thought a doctor needed to be in your town, not true. Dr. Champion works great through telemedicine and being he has UC himself has made for exceptional council. My overall health has improved greatly and I now live a normal life, Dr. Champion understands our condition and his nutritional knowledge is unmatched! I'm extremely thankful and know you will be too.
