Champlain Square

Love this spot for the Independent Market and Kins Produce store. Both have great selection and Kins has the best produce prices. There's also a couple of fast food restaurants, a liquor store, Starbucks, pharmacy, and more.

A nice little neighborhood outdoor mall with Independent Grocer, a BC Liquor Store, a Starbucks, Kin's Market, and an A&W as the larger outlets. I like how it serves mostly the residential areas around it so it never gets crazy busy but is lively and busy enough to support a variety of stores. There's also a public library and professional health care office in the same plaza.

Nice place to sit down if you're getting your shopping done. Has a bakery and best priced chinese takeout .

Pitiful mall. Freedom Mobile kiosk remains empty for over a year now. Google won't remove the listing. I wouldn't be surprised if the mall is imploded and a highrise built in its place.

There is a library which I have to go back to. The bakery in front of the Independent grocer doesn't sell coffee boo- hoo for their fresh baked goods. Kins Market sells fresh fruit yabba dabba doo

I love Subway! Definitely my first choice. Rarely is there a lineup. I like the fact that it's a healthier option. Makes me feel better than eating a greasy fatty burger. They have so many of choices. Beef, sandwich meat, chicken etc... Even plenty of bread choices. I would like a bread with more garlic and cheese in it though. Now toasted or untrusted, double cheese and some of them know how to cut the bread the old way making the well cut instead of the flat cut. Less food falls out I find. Next come the toppings. I can have as much or as little as I want. Oh guess what? Extra toppings are FREE!! YOU tell the maker what YOU want! The maker waits for YOU to decide and doesn't take issue with waiting and makes sure you are satisfied with the end result. I sometimes even have them cut my 6" into 4 because I can't eat a lot in one sitting. They make sure there enough napkins utensils like a spoon for soup. YOU have the choice to dine in or take out. I've always been able to find a seat. I like that I am taken care of and it's all about what I want for once, I'm listened to and I can indulge if I want and have that cookie in the end.

Going here for years. Great bakery and Chinese food takeout. Close to liquor store.

Quench your thirst at Liquor store and get the snacks for independent store and other food offerings around. For these coming days is time to stay cool.

My small car bottomed out and scraped the front bumper on the way in and out. Poorly graded entry/exit to Kerr St.. Customers don't pay much attention to basic driving courtesy in lot area. Very busy, lots of near-misses, frustrated and confused drivers in the evening.

It’s close to my home. Good to go for groceries, my vet, library, bank, hair salon and last but not least the Starbucks.
