Bring back a dollar store. Miss the last one that moved out couldn't afford increase of lease. Liquor store and Buy low and Shoppers very convenient and very useful. Keep the Kingsgate Mall open since very close to residential area and is very easy to get there. Convenient location and close to seniors homes. Thank you.
Love this mall, yah its old and kinda run down [but] I can buy all of my necessities in one visit...lottery tickets, cigarettes, liquor, chips and pop, sweat pants and carnations for the wife on pay day. Best part is you don't have to get all dolled up, simply come as you are and no one looks down on you. Sad if it sells to greedy developers who'll turn it into one of those high end joints with unfordable condos.

Usually only go here at the last resort if I'm nearby, in a rush and need to pick something up. Otherwise I will go out of my way to shop almost anywhere else for my groceries. I do like the convenience of a parking lot though.
I know this place for more than 27 years, it has improved a lot with renovations. There used to be lots more shops along with Shoppers Drugs Mart now lots of shops have been replaced with mobile and Internet carriers. Pay less shoes shop is still there.
I’m pretty sure there’s got to be a dead body or two in this mall. Awfully creepy. The worst mall in all of BC. But hey, you can at least drink some sugarcane juice.
Kingsgate is like when u go to ur grandma's house and she offers u old candy and one of those electronic bingo games from a cereal box. It's nice but not really what you wanted but you don't really mind because hey, free candy.
This place has a unique charm. Tho close to hipster central, it's down-to-earth and working class. Plus it has a BC liquor store.
Went here with my daughter. There's a Shoppers plus a few other stores. We went to Buy Low, daughter did her grocery shopping. Great choices of foods.
Kinsgate mall has one of my favourite stores ….. Ardene… thank you also shoppers drug mart is good it’s like a one stop shop lol plus if you’re hungry there’s even a little hotdog place in the middle of the centre.
