So I took my girls for an ice cream bar on a Friday evening for a fun thing to do! I used to get them when I was a kid...from this very store...in let’s say...the early to late 80’s! So what a delight to see that they were still serving them up. And now with a white chocolate and sprinkles option! What fun! My girls were super thrilled! They also wanted to know why I had been holding out on them for so long! Purdy’s....not just for chocolates!! A new generation loving your ice cream....feels right!
Fav Purdy’s shop! Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to see if anyone has questions or needs help. A lot of Purdys shops I’ve been to only have staff behind the counter not paying any attention to anyone but Park Royal Purdy’s staff are very attentive. I always end up buying more than what I intended to go there for because they are so nice!
Great quality and popular brand of chocolates! Thank you for your new products for Nowruz! I love to give them as a gift to my close friends and family.
During weekend peak hours had just 1 person serving - ice cream and chocolate.. cannot imagine how many customers lost
Nowruz is for celebrating Persian new year and it is very delicious
100 pieces of macadamia chocolates? Check. Excellent customer service. My only ask is that Purdy's bring the macadamia nuts back in stock, I would definitely purchase those if available. I went home happy and excited I got a bagful of macs.

The woman who helped me build my own box of chocolates was so sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to reduce the risk of peanut allergen contamination for my coworker who has an allergy. The chocolates are very good too!
If I can give -5 stars I would- not because of the chocolates..but because of the RUDE associate "Angela" Our horrible experience with her happened a few weeks and until now I recall the horrible incident with disgust and I wonder if she is even still there. For the good of the store, I sure hope she ain't. Who would've thought trying to buy just a pack of chocolates would involve witnessing her mistreatment of the other customer before me, followed by even more rude brusque unpleasant encounters with others in the store. Since she was sooo unhappy to be there- she should not have brought her misery to the workplace!
I went to park royal yesterday around 4 pm.Me and my friends decided to have a ice cream. There was no lineup only a family before us and two people working. The old white lady who was on ice cream took so long to serve just 4 people. There was another couple who came and stand on opposite side to us. The lady just ignored us she did not even said your are first so i can help you but thats okay but she did not even apologize. When i asked her where should we stand and where the line up starts cuz we were standing before other people. She said nothing not even apology i wonder if she can hear and see. Even the customer was like oh its okay you can go first cuz we didnt know you were first. That lady just ruined my mood and day. I end up not getting ice cream. Please improve your customer service skills so you wont be so rude to people and ruin their day.
