Subject: Complaint Regarding Incomplete Information Provided by TD Bank Employees Dear TD Bank Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the incomplete information provided by your employees regarding my recent banking experience. During my attempt to deposit funds into my account using the bank's ATM, the machine retained my card. Subsequently, I had to obtain a new card issued by the bank. Additionally, the cash I intended to deposit got stuck inside the machine and was not credited to my account. Initially, I was informed that the funds would be available within one business day. However, when the funds did not appear within the specified timeframe, another staff member informed me that it would take one to two weeks for the deposit to be processed. I kindly request clarification on the delay in depositing my funds, as well as the necessary assistance to resolve the issue with the retained card. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Run a way from this branch. They are good at the beginning but very bad at the end. NEVER recommend. There is bad manager his name is Rafael and he look like good but he is so mean

The lack of competence at this branch is eye watering; 3 different stories from 3 different employees all of them materially different. I wish it was not so difficult to change banks as I'd be doing exactly that. Stay away unless you want to plan your financial life based on INCORRECT information.
I have been a long standing customer at TD and have always had great experiences with all their staff until today. I had the worst customer service ever at TD with Wendy Yee at the Park Royal Branch. I would strongly recommend for TD to provide this individual with some customer service training as working as a teller is all about customer service and knowing how to do your job.
I deposited post-dates checks at this location, and the people actually lost my checks. Not once, not twice, but three times. They did not apologize. There was no compensation. I don’t usually write online reviews, but this branch is really awful. The bank charges 5$ for post-dated check deposit. The branch failed to fulfill the service and also failed to compensate me for all the times I have had to travel to their branch to fix issues they caused. Do not open a bank account here. The BMO or Scotiabank is right across the street.
Very odd design choice compared to most TD Banks..I love the location, unfortunately they do not have cash available inside, ATM's only. Convenient location if you work in the mall, they don't really have parking here though. You would need to park in the mall lot and walk over. Not a huge deal but it's the little things. I do not like their boardwalk style interior when you walk in to use the ATM. I always feel like I'm going to lose my bank card through the slats in the floor one of these days. Same with loose change. Even a couple of mats would resolve this.
Bank elsewhere. Was spoken down to and treated like a second class citizens for accidently depositing a check in into the wrong account. My mistake resulted in held funds as this account lacked history. Management refused to give me the time of day, she discussed my private banking matters in front of other customers in the crowded lobby, while making unfounded assumptions. After 40 years of banking at TD I'm taking my business, and my family's business elsewhere. BMO, RBC, CIBC... Lots of options. I recommend anybody but TD.
