Always ready to help as soon as you walk in. They are very knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile to help you get exactly what I need and don't try selling me something I don't need. If they don't have the specific item they offer you alternative or can order the item and have it for you in a few days.
Had to run to the hardware store for a last minute item on a Sunday, and I was so pleasantly surprised to find this store open! Very friendly staff and well- stocked on all the things you could need. This is exactly why we need to give our business to brick and mortar stores these days. I am now a repeat customer!
This was my first time in to this hardware store. there were two relaxed gentlemen sitting in chairs in the front of the store, but who quickly hopped up, happy to hold the door open and greet us on the way in. One took me directly to what I needed, while the other cut some things for me to custom lengths for a project I just finished up this evening. He was all business but he took care of what I needed at fair prices. Convenient location and hopefully locally owned . Nice small town vibe.
