Changes offers both one-on-one personal training and small group training for adults and youth, as well as athletic training for young athletes.

Our Approach
At Changes Fitness and Health, we encourage lifestyle changes to improve the quality of your life. We do not expect our client’s to abruptly alter their lifestyles. After an initial evaluation our trainers will design a customized program that will meet your specific needs. Our trainers evaluate each client and identify any structural and/or muscular imbalances. From this evaluation, a program is designed to correct these imbalances, incorporating stabilization, strength, core, explosiveness, power, flexibility, and balance. Each program is designed to help you make small, practical and successful changes that are enduring. This includes nutritional guidance and lifestyle suggestions to help you create a balanced approach to health and fitness. Our staff of personal trainers will inspire, encourage, and support you along your journey to a better you.
