Clean up ? Where? You looted all the things loved ones left.. we left reviews , tried to call, when I tried to explain how upset we are she hung up on me. Eric never returned calls.. I tried a number on a business card that was given to my daughter when she went down there and the voicemail is full. She could not look for our belongings as there was piles with broken items It was horrible.. fast forward to today. We expected nice clean grounds. Not we’re we wrong. Grass not mowed , trash all over , the trash cans over flowing… yet this is how management thinks they will sell plots. A dirty ghost town. It looks horrible with no flowers. We have had family there over 40 years. Never have we seen this.. so sad. Where it was once a beautiful,full of flowers and love place … to the disrespect we see. And to throw away all the flags left on Labor Day… chapel of the chimes you should be ashamed

It tooks months. I MEAN 6 months to process my father's paperwork after he passed. They are unorganized and made us come in repeatedly to fill out paperwork more than once. DONT GO HERE. We didn't receive the care we needed to put my dad to rest. I really wish we paid a bit more and went somewhere else. It's not worth the emotional pain we experienced here. Honestly, they should be ashamed of themselves. Do better Chapel of Chimes Hayward- for your future community that honestly just needs a place to grieve.

The staff at Chapel of the Chimes are so compassionate and caring. The executed my Mother's funeral with out a hitch! They were caring and sensitive to our family needs.

Waiting over a year for a prepaid headstone. Thought you can pay something like this upfront to get better service. Absolute opposite, they still can’t give me a date when we will get the stone for my dad. Very dissatisfied.

They lie about their contracts, even after you point out the legal words in them. After which they refuse to return any calls. I went there earlier about 7:40pm and the gates were open, so I didn't know they were closed. The security guard used his vehicle like a maniac and almost rammed into my car and yelled at me to leave. I asked if I could turn around and he just yelled again violently that "no you have to back up all the way, I'm calling 911". I felt afraid of his vicious actions and what he would do, so I turned around the best I could to leave. The security guard followed and almost hit my car again as I was waiting for the light to leave. The people there do not honor the contract on their end, and the security is violent while using their vehicle as a weapon.

Chapel of the Chimes Hayward. These guys take really good care of the family in their time of need. I've attended several services and they have all been memorable and honorable. They have 2 chapels to choose from.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Chapel of the Chimes. I suppose what I'll always keep close to my heart -- especially while I was planning the services for my mother -- is how kind and caring they were throughout the process. "Kiki" was an absolute angel, and it really put us at ease. The day of Mom's celebration of life could not have been more beautiful, and I will always be grateful. Mom's passing was a tough one, but I am very pleased with the entire staff there. God Bless.

Everyone was very helpful, patient and supportive. Mele and Sergio were great and very detailed oriented. The blanket that we selected was a blessing that was available for display at the service. Although the losses has been very difficult the overall service and the celebration of life provided me with a sense of peace. Thank you Mele and Sergio for all your help and support

The 5 stars are specifically due to the efforts and follow through of Eric. Had I rated Daniel and Elenor, it would have been zero. Since April of this year, I have been trying to get simple questions answered about property I own there. For months I have been put off, lied to, and ignored by Elenor and Daniel. They would say they were looking into things, and wouldn't get back to me. Every interaction was initiated by me. It wasn't until i contacted Eric that professionalism and actual results entered the picture. I don't want to write a book here about my experience although I could, but Daniel and Elenor are the perfect example of what you shouldn't do when servicing the public. From ignoring a client, to blatantly lying, to sending texts to me by mistake which were insulting, to their inability or unwillingness to find a file for months, to speaking to me in a pompous and demeaning way...they failed in their jobs. Thank heavens Eric stepped in. Not only did he answer and resolve the issue, he also kept me informed throughout. That's all people want. I realize mistakes happen. We are imperfect people. What shows your integrity is how you correct. While Daniel and Elenor's integrity is now in question, Eric's integrity is well intact and celebrated by this family. It's hard enough when you're dealing with a business like CoC. It's usually a trying time and emotionally charged. The last thing you need is people not willing to do their jobs and causing more problems by their actions/inactions. Thank you, Eric, for your commitment, integrity, and your strong problem-solving skills. I will never be able to thank you enough. Chapel of the Chimes should acknowledge you for all these qualities that you perform on their behalf. It's people like you that keep CoC going.

We have had a bad experience there. If we could give this a negative it would definitely have a negative next to it. The service was nice, however we were charged for services that did not happen. No one knew what the other one was doing when it came to trying to pay off the funeral and service. Once we finally got it paid off later we get a bill saying we owed more money, even though we were told everything was paid in full. My sister in law has been trying to reach Nicolette there and she does not respond back to emails since their meeting nor texts. Spoke to Adrianna at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward and she will be sending an email to Jody Harrington the Manager. So we will see what the results is .. We buried my mother in law on 6/29/2022 and still no answers
