We attended an mma fighting event at the end of May. The beers were way over priced and you'd think that the venue would revamp it's image by now but no, it's still looks like the same ole' big dirty bingo Hall most people in Akron remember it. The lines for concessions were really long and the smoking area was a small blocked off section in the back of the parking lot which sucked because it was raining and there's not any sort of covering to prevent everyone from getting drenched. This place has so much potential if it had an owner who gave 2 craps about what it's possible of. Until then I'll stick with my 2 star review, it's really about a 2½ butter there are no ½ options so good this one I had to round down until there's some updates and improvements made to the venue. The event was fun to watch though.
I've enjoyed myself each time I've come! I had my date night here last Friday night , we didn't win, but we had fun trying! Would recommend for a fun night out for anyone! We ordered nachos and soda, a fair price and they were good too! Thanks to all who made it enjoyable for us!
Went to an MMA event here. It was actually pretty cool! Great views of the cage from any part of the house. Beer was cheap but the line was crazy long. There wasn’t enough parking so we had to park somewhere else.
I went there for the first time last night. I have never been more confused in a bingo parlor in my entire life. Apparently while you were playing the regular game of bingo they are also playing several smaller games of bingo from the pool tabs. I had no idea what was going on. They were calling numbers that I thought were for our game and they were for these pull tabs. It would have been nice if they could have explained what was going on before they actually start playing bingo. I doubt seriously I will ever go back to this place.
New to bingo, and had a good time over all. I didn't the different ways to get bingo depending on each rounds rules, and if not for the kindness of a cpl other players I would have been totally lost. The caller was faster then I could have imagined,or atleast to fast for me,even when I knew what I needed to do,before I could get to the end of my last card he called the next number making it impossible to even see how close you are to getting bingo. I'll return to see if it gets any better asap. it was fun to be out with people again
Courteous staff. Very good food even though it was served catered buffet style. Fun games. We went on race night. There were 50/50, pull tabs, baskets of goodies to buy tickets to win and a few other games that I do not know the names.
On Tuesday night the crowd was very thin also bingos didn't pay too much. But a very friendly environment and other players are kind enough to show new players how to play. And unfortunately it's very hard to win if you don't play the instant games. But the people there and the workers as well or wonderful people.
They were open on the coldest nite in 24 years. My first encounter there. Split a bingo at cut pots due to attendance. Nice facility. Good kitchen. Held over a ticket game so perhaps a second encounter this Friday to play the tickets I am holding. We will see
Nice place I love bingo. Who don't love being able to say BINGO. With everything starting to get crazy again with covid I have started a virtual bingo group where you can play from home & still have all the fun. If you are interested I'll be more then happy to send you the link
I was here to attend a fight show for Honor Championship Fighting 7 and other than the ahow being great, the staff at the bingo hall were top notch. They had the 2 feet of snow continuously cleared and well organized parking for only $5. Inside the facility had their own staff whipping up hot dogs, pizza, fries, and more.... It was wonderful!
