Chardon Tavern and GRILL

Only giving 4 stars because it was pretty dark in there but a really good bar atmosphere. Service was excellent. Food was really good, just a little too greasy for me, hence the 4 stars there. My husband got the Grilled Cheese Burger and I got the Reuben with Onion rings. I ate a little there and brought the rest home to eat the next day. It was so much better the day after once the grease kind of settled in! We would def go back there. FYI parking is in the back and a little tight but manageable.

Great food and great service. Great selection of wing flavors. There was a delay in getting my burger, and it was handled perfectly. Two people assured me that it was on the way and followed up to make sure it came and, it was totally worth the wait!.Food: 5/5

This is the second or third time I've been here now. Great place. Unpretentious neighborhood bar with good bar food. Lots of regulars, but you'll fit right in. I grew up in Chardon and it needed this place 40 years ago!Food: 5/5

Always wanted to stop here, finally did. Excellent service! Unique burgers and appetizers all at crazy reasonable prices. Check out their weekly specials. Will definitely come back.Food: 4/5

The burgers here are great! They're so full of flavor that you don't need to add any condiments to them. The wing sauces choices are awesome, they have a great verity. It's my go to place to order food on those nights I'm not looking to cook dinner.

Had the Bacon Egg and cheese burger, the sandwich as a whole was good, needed a little more seasoning, also the egg was hard cooked and half of the fun of an egg burger is breaking the yolk on the burger, fries are good quality. Was playing Law and Order SVU on the TV.... Other than that service good, over all the burger was good.Food: 4/5

Stopped in here for a quick lunch during my lunch break. And was pleasantly surprised! The staff was nice and helpful! Along with my food being very tasty. I ordered mozzarella sticks and fried pickles and both were perfectly fried. I also got the grilled cheese and fries and it was pretty good. I will definitely be returning!

This was my first time here as it came highly recommended... I got the stuffed jalapeno burger and added bacon. I also decided on onion rings too. OMFG, so yummy. I'll be coming back! Also... BRENNA was super nice and helpful.Food: 5/5

I am not from yawls neck of the woods lol I often tease my friends from this town Chardon you live near the angry portion of Ohio but lol I live near Dayton Ohio there's some angry people there Keep in mind I always brag about all my friends from Chardon Ohio. I love coming to this place and seeing all my friends and having an evening there. Yes I love you all from Chardon Ohio. God bless America.

Great bar with good beer selection. Friendly staff, comfortable bar seating and many TVs. Excellent food! I have Been to this establishment many times over the years and they always serve the best food.
