They never answer the phone, been calling for WEEKS. Then you can’t do a walk-in , sick of these mfs

My husband went Monday to Indian Head Pavilion for Covid testing. He was in line for 7 hours and told to look for results in 48 hours. Well it’s been 4 days and nothing yet! I understand back logged and busy but 4 days?

Every time I try to call to schedule a appointment for dental they never answer the phone and it’s past 8:00 ! This is ridiculous , how i have to call multiple times and still no answer . I called the receptionist and she answered but when she transferred me to dental they didn’t answer . Stop sending people to voicemail and answer the phones

Can someone please explain to me why the receptionist barely answers the phone, or when she does, always connects me to appointments who is always going to voicemail. Most of the time everything directly goes to voicemail no matter who I contact, and I do not get many calls back. It is starting to get frustrating, especially when they tell you to call before an appointment and no one answers.

Love the staff here. Everyone is so polite and professional. Sherry and Danielle are always willing to go above and beyond to help you finding a solution to a problem. doctor's appointment, therapy, calling you back with answers to any questions

I just want to Express how grateful I am for all the staff that helped me from the ladies up front to all the staff in the dental department. They truly deserve many blessings for all the hard work they do to help. Can't tell you all enough how grateful I am. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for helping me with my serious problem so professional and so quickly. Thank you for your sacrifice to help serve other people.

Horrible service. I had a 2 hour wait longer than my original appointment time so they could assist other people with appointments an hour after my original scedual. The doctors were very rude and would constantly call me “obese” or “fat” which I am not. The doctor would Say things to the nurses as they would assist her on how I’m not able to remember specific dates of the top of my head and implied on how I am stupid for not understanding what was going on with my body and needed to go to the clinic to figure out what was happening. Not only that but she would “rant” to me on how dumb the other doctors were or other nurses. The nurses decided to give me a shot on the top of my shoulder and were not gentle what so ever. I wouldn’t not recomend this place to anyone and will further more never see this place again with any means necessary.

This is a screwed up process. I registered through the website and got a referral, however, I received an email to register again. I registered again and got an appointment to come on a different day. The confirmation did have the name of the location but not the address. there is virtually no details given.

Went to Regency Stadium today for the testing that the Charles CO Health department is advertising and NOPE NO ONE IS THERE AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE THE 17 TIMES I CALLED. WORTHLESS HELP FOR THE COMMUNITY...

Mrs. Proctor was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the WIC program.
