Really bad experience here so I will never come back. Most staff is lovely, but witnessed one act so unprofessional and rude. Maybe it was an off day, but I don’t feel comfortable here unfortunately and I spoke to another customer nearby who felt the same. Will not return under any circumstances which is a shame because I was loving utilizing this resource.
Staff not professional. Can’t answer questions, direct you all around. Printed didn’t work 2 of the 3 times I went. Feels like wasted tax $$$$. Update: changed from 2 to 1 star. Gave another chance. Rude staff. Didn’t want to help me.
I have been going to our library, regularly since I was 7 years old! My now adult children started going even younger! The Best librarian in the world, Ruth, quite literally watched 2 generations of patrons grow up, and helped them find their love for books! All of the staff are phenomenal. They work hard to provide an array of wonderful activities and resources for all ages. Always friendly, always helpful, always clean, and always magical!
Helpful staff, good selection, and now with a great app. Because of the library network, if you can't find the book here they can get it for you. Staff is always friendly and the programs they have for every age are great. The kids are always eager to go to this library. Even have digital loans!
Absolutely love this place. The staff is helpful and friendly. One went out of their way to phone a friend when I asked about writing groups to find information on one. I like this place better than the college library.
This is a well maintained library and the staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. They also keep a lot of events and activities going for kids and adults.
Such a helpful staff, and so many awesome books! There's lots of great community events here all the time, and it's an awesome hub for the Charleston community. Come check it out!
It is great. Very clean, quiet, and polite. The geneaology section is extremely well organized and user friendly.
