Charleston's is a 5-Star experience. We had my Son and future daughter in law's Bridal Shower in one of their private rooms on Saturday. What we received was spectacular service from our server Matt. The Manager on duty kept the pulse of the room moving along. Every encounter with staff was positive, upbeat and helpful. The food served for the shower was fresh, hot or cold accordingly and delicious. My guests have sent me emails and text messages to let me know how much they enjoyed the food and attentive service. I can not say enough positive things about Charleston's. If you are having a gathering I would strongly recommend this wonderful bar and grill.
A middle of the road sports bar. I ate an extremely fatty ruben and my wife had a chicken sandwich that was so overcooked it was basically inedible. It was lunch time on a Sunday and there was one server waiting on all of the tables. Of course, service took forever. The server complained that she had to split the check up amongst the 10 people in our party 2 checks total. It's pretty clear that this restaurant is struggling to find systems that work for them.
eaten there many times, and never had a bad experience. from food to staff to pour it's always good! !
