I asked to pay park cash park card and it seemed like it was the biggest inconvenience of the millennia. The lady at the counter gave sass and when I tried to give her more change she said , "can you swipe your card already?" I love the food but the service is unacceptable, her manager was nicer that she was, and joked with me, which was appreciated.
Poorly staffed and needs new management. I have tried to eat here several times in the past few months and it is always closed or stopped serving. Once it was only 5 :00 and they stopped serving. This time it is 7:07 at the mall a week before Christmas. I am standing in line and there are 3 workers and they just say sorry that was the last customer 2 people ahead of me. Seriously!? Gonna have no customers if they keep this up no matter how great their fries are! Get it together Charley's! Vegetarian options: Wouldn't know as they stopped serving at 7 pm
While visiting Wisconsin I had a taste for a Philly cheese steak sandwich so I found this place on Google. I should have known by the lack of business not to eat here! The pics on the menu looked delicious, I couldn't wait to eat my food! When I received my food the bun was very dry looking. The pic on the menu showed a buttery toasted bun but mine wasn't! I asked if the could toast my bun, they said they don't have butter! Wow! Really! My order was $15.52! By the way, watch your receipt they added in a tip without my knowledge! I only noticed it once I requested a refund for that horrible looking food! I'm very disappointed!
Every time my family and I go to the mall we mainly go there just to eat at Charley's but lately the last couple of times we tried, they've been closed! We'd go around 1-4 and they're just closed. It's annoying that I have to go into the mall to get Charley's even more annoying when we finally get a parking spot, Charley's is closed!.
Great place. Always good food. Despite being understaffed the employees are always trying their best to get through everyone. Today I was there when they made the decision to close early since two of the employees had been there since early that morning and would have no one to replace them. The girl I assume to be the manager told the customers behind me that they were now closed. She sounded very professional when explaining why. The woman finishing the sandwiches was very friendly and chatted with me and my friend while we waited for my fries.
Friday April 15th, at about 5-5:30 the girl at the register was rude. It’s funny she showed customer service to some customers who were non black but as soon as I ordered my food it went out the window. She rushed me through my order, didn’t even offer me my receipt that I had to ask her for and it was clear irritation on her face . Didn’t even get my order correct so I had to wait for another employee to fix it. Wonder if she treats all of the black customers like that. How about waiting until the customer completes the order instead of saying “anything else” a million times. Wont be returning and should have got a refund.
Guys making the subs did a good job and were friendly and helpful. Subs were good. Service? The cashier did not want to be there. Sullen angry and combative. The menu board stated $7.99 for the sandwiches. When I inquired why they rang up $8.99, she shot back "the prices raised " like I was causing a problem. Why the menu board wasn't changed or any notice any where of the price difference wasn't my fault. Save your money and go to Cousins or Jersey Mikes.
I bore witness to an irritated crowd and an understaffed crew fighting. I have not eaten there since the food was good which is unfortunate not sure how its holding up
Always terrible service in bay park square mall. “ closed” at 5 but mall is open till 6!
The service is ridiculous and VERY rude and unprofessional. I love the food here but I will no longer go there until they fix their attitudes there. I ordered food via grubhub, and when it said it was ready for pick-up, it wasn't. So obviously I'm upset because now I will be late back to lunch because of their incompetence and carelessness to watch their orders from that service. But somehow it was my own fault?? Nope, WRONG.. a simple apology would have sufficed but instead I got attitude and ugly looks like I did this. SMH NEVER AGAIN, if I could give NO stars I would.
