I just wish all of this were different Food is too greasy, portions are super small, not much meat just dripping reheated chicken under a big grease skin. It was my favorite place for original recipe and macaroni with the colonel original recipe, that apparently they don't serve anymore. The prices are too high, looks like they want Popeye's to get their costumers. I raise with Kentucky Fried Chicken, KFC changes a lot off the original recipes , they don't even has honey for their biscuits. Honey and butter a party on your mouth. Bit not anymore. Vegetarian options: No variety on their menu Kid-friendliness: Too expensive not even kid enjoy eat , no toys, too much skin and grease for there taste Parking: No needed Wheelchair accessibility: No accessibility Dietary restrictions: Nothing that can be consider healthy in the menu anymore
We had to park in front to wait a half hour for our order to come out to us. They forgot to bring us our fries. I walked to the window to tell them, they said to pull around and park in the front again. We waited and waited for another half hour or more and then drove to the window to get our fries. They looked confused but finally we got our fries. We shouldn't have to wait an hour at a "fast food" place! NOT OK!
Went to KFC on Shawano Avenue tonight. Was in the drive thru. I ordered the 8 pice tender meal. The girl taking my order talked so fast I couldn’t understand her. I asked what kind of sauces they had. She went they them at the speed of light. I didn’t hear them. So I asked again that I didn’t get that. Her answer to me was “ I already told you six”! I was dumbfounded. Food was pretty good. But sorry never again. No one needs to be rude!
The entire Green Bay market should shut the doors and replace the entire staff and managers. We have failed to be able to get food at the Shawano or Oneida locations several times. This is before 6:00 PM. It should be the busiest time of day for them and they simply stop making chicken or just close. KFC would be wise to hit the reset button
Good was great. Only thing is we asked for coleslaw and got another mashed potatoes instead. Wish they had fried okra then they'd be excellent.Food: 5/5
Went through the drive-thru at about 5:40p on August 28th.. the girl in the drive-thru was rude and rushing us with our order, she cut us off a few times, and we didn’t get everything we ordered. Only received one mashed potatoes and NO gravy at all. We asked for hot sauce and honey and also got neither of those condiments. We waited at the window and the lady looked at us but never came back to the window. We tried calling multiple times and got no answers and one hang up. I can’t even eat what I ordered because it’s not all here the way I ordered it!!!!
Got a "sorry we are closed" at 6:30 pm. Drive through open until 9pm. KFC in green bay is struggling. Two other locations closed too. Sucks cause that nashville hot chicken tenders are awesome.
It was delicious! Hadn't eaten at KFC for a while and almost forgot how much I love their original recipe fried chicken! Service was fast and friendly!Food: 5/5
Horrible service really a zero star but needed a star to post Bought 8 chicken tenders with ranch for 18.99-ordered with ranch did not get the ranch dip, had other orders, very expensive over 75$, did not eat the chicken tenders, the chicken was just the crust, took a picture, called to get refund and had the receipt, the manager was very rude on the phone, asked for her supervisor besides her, said she is it, said no refund since we ate and threw away the chicken and hung up on me Will never go to KFC again
I ordered the chicken littles cause i love them. And two other fried chicken meals. The lady that took our order was kind and very nice. She asked us to pull around to the front she needed to make fresh chicken tenders. Awesome. We waited longer than i would of liked to but anyways. My main concern was that one of my Chicken littles didn't even have chicken. It was just 3 small pieces of crusty breading no chicken at all. Very disappointed. It's a hit and miss with this place.
