This store is absolutely disgusting. All of the tables were an absolute scattered mess. I couldn’t even find a specific item or my size. There is no sense of visual merchandising or proper promotional marketing. I was not greeted nor informed of any sales. Instead, I was ignored and heard more of your 2 “associates” flirting at the register. The music randomly stopped playing for 3 min. Where exactly is the rebranding? Also, one of the employees cussed in front of me and my younger sister while we were paying. Most definitely never returning. Great 1st visit!
staff was not friendly at all, was a $5 dollar for leggings and charged me and my friend half the price. false advertisement. as well as staff was talking so quietly and slow. never coming back here again.
Quality of the clothing is great, but my experience with the employees was horrible. I found many items that were marked down as labeled on the tag. I went to check out and the lady thought she could change the prices. I was watching the checkout screen and all of the prices. I told her that some of the tags were not matching the screen and she told me that I was reading it wrong. So I asked her how much the pair of shorts were that she had rung up. The tag was marked down to $5. She said that it was $10 and that the tag was how much you subtract from the original price. I asked her to explain this to me and she kept ignoring me and telling me the total that I owed her. I told her she could take the shorts back. Either their system needs to be corrected or the employees need better training. What ever the reason, her attitude was ridiculous and uncalled for. Will not be returning.
I’ve missed this store and I am so happy to see it back!! Paige was very helpful with getting me the correct sizes for dresses. I had a great experience and the store was very clean, everyone was professional.
Everything is very messy. Clothes everywhere on the floor, mannequins laying on the floor, and rude cashiers.. I never complain about stores, but this was bad. Imagine a teenager’s messy room.
There's only 2 workers and one is unpacking boxes even tho there's a line of people. The cashier is a younger lady who is moving like a senior citizen. This is ridiculous. Will never come back
Merchandise is ok prices are ok but it's not professional to walk in and be welcomed by rap music and swear words and n word here and there. Just saying...
Dressing room weren't available to try on the clothes. Told me to try to get the closes size I wear. Not doing that lost a sale.
Alright. Bth it's a more expensive and classier Rue21 or Express. Decent sandels and shoes. Customer Service needs improvement.
No jeans beyond size 8, short staffed, good sales however
