The staff at the Cherry valley mall store are Absolutely amazing. They helped my daughter find a dress and shoes that she loved and I approved of. I can not rave enough about how patient and helpful they were. They definitely took the stress out of finding the right dress for her first homecoming without any pressure. Tiger lily boutique is definitely our go to store from now on. Oh and the prices are extremely affordable.

We came in to exchange a dress to buy a more expensive one and was told yes only for store credit though. Then was told we need the receipt. Why do you need a receipt to exchange a dress???? You bagged it and the tags are still on. No where on the receipt does it say you need it to exchange. The lady who sold it to us didn’t say we needed it either. I had to drive all the way home to get the darn thing an hour away. For what? You need to rethink this system. Why did the lady take the dress from me and walk away with it to see if it is exchangeable in the first place????? Terrible service. She made me feel like a criminal.

if you struggle with an ED or body image issues do not enter this store. the clothes are cute but you’ll soon notice most of the dresses are made for people the size of middle school cheerleaders. my left thigh could easily fill out the waist of most of the dresses in the shop and i’m not even that large. very triggering environment and i just wanted to warn people beforehand looking on the racks i couldn’t find a dress larger than a medium or a 5. frustrating to see all these cute outfits that i couldn’t even fit into in the depths of my anorexia. 0/10 recommend

I shopped in this store for about two hours going through multiple dresses for prom. I finally found a beautiful dress that I was completely set on and even chose the accessories for about another 30-40 mins. Once I finished to purchase the dress was told about a ‘new store policy’. I told what school I went to and because another girl had the same dress and went to the same school as me I was not able to purchase the dress or any accessories. Very disappointed and upset. I have been looking for prom dresses for days on end now and finally found out to be resulted in this. Super petty.

This is a great store to go to for school dresses. My daughter loves the store n selection of dresses. I LOVE the prices!! They even took a dress in a little at NO extra charge! Store is VERY clean, has a place for parents to sit while the girls try on the dresses. Dressing rooms clean n large. Staff friendly n very helpfull! Have gone 2 years in a row several times!! You will be happy. Ohh n nice shoes also. Not a huge selection of shoes but nice ones also reasonably priced. Traveled an hour! Well worth it.

Pricey but excellent selection of beautiful dresses!

I wasn’t able to exchange my dress because they said “smells like marijuana” so they currently holding my dress until the smell leave they don’t give refunds only in store credit and exchange but make sure it doesn’t smell like smoke haven’t been 24 hrs that I purchased the dress didn’t want it because no shoes to go with They will never get a dollar from me

My dress was ordered and wasn't there on the day it was supposed to come in... Then they said it'd be there on my wedding day and it definitely still wasn't there... The manager yelled at me and wasn't going to fix the issue... Tried to refuse to refund my money and then told me I wasn't welcome back in the store... Very unprofessional and rude... I wouldn't recommend going here.
