He did a terrible job! He had her boated! I brought human her for my friend to do it and he said he was too busy and her her was nappy and dry! We had to shave her mustache because they did such a bad job! I wish I would have went to Sonya and her to take her body to plenty city
Spoke with the funeral director regarding a burial of a child from years ago. Instead of allowing me to speak and advise I was looking for an obituary or anything that she could provide.. she continued to speak over me and disconnected the call twice. She was the rudest, nastiest, most unprofessional indivual with no compassion whatsoever! This may be her profession but these are our loved ones, whether services were provided yesterday or years prior. Absolutely appalled!

although the casket was small they still fit me inside best surprise party ever. They thought i was grandma but the look on their faces was were priceless. Killer service.
