When you walk into the bank at 4:20 and you wait until they tell you that you can't open up an account because all the bankers are busy, and you're trying to open 2 bank accounts. If they're treating you like that when you're trying to do new business with them, imagine when you're a customer.
Martin Sanchez was extraordinarily helpful. He resolved multiple issues and works very hard. He was able to help me open an account and involved me in every step of the process. I truly appreciate his professionalism.
COULD BE HELD AT GUNPOINT. This chase has not always been the best, but come on. Look at this ATM and tell me you don't feel unsafe putting your card there. if they have enough time to tag this many times can you imagine how unattended this ATM is. there can be a gangster just parked waiting for you it's obviously some type of marked territory , so disappointed in the maintenance. Your card may be compromised!!!!! Also i tried many times to write review through phone and kept occurring error. must be why last review is 5 months ago....
Lizet Anguiano provided me with fast and courteous customer service ever today.She is super helpful and very knowledgeable. I thought this type of prfesionalism shouldn't be ignored and should be practiced in all Chase Banks.
Shouldn't have to wait 40+ minutes to talk to someone about opening an account. Lady there said I wasn't there that long. Can't say stuff like that to a potential client. Ended up never speaking to anyone b/c she said it was going to be another 15-20 minutes, which would push my wait to over an hour, which is more than I have for lunch. Why can only one person there answer questions about business accounts? There were plenty of staff there. Train them to answer simple business account questions. Or hire more people that can.
So C19 restrictions understood. There is a large lobby 4windows open and allowing 4 ppl in at a time??? Old people waiting outside in the heat is more likely to give a client death by heat stroke than inside standing every 6 ft. Absolutely absurd. Also non customers will pay 8.00 per check cashed. They will not cash checks greater than 2500. Drawn at their Branch. " It's Policy" however it's not posted anywhere. So terrible waste of time.
In my visit to the bank today, I was a bit stressed by a small problem with my card. I want to thank Lizet for the help, patience, thank you for helping me so kindly, thank you for your excellent customer service. thank u chase my problem was solved.
Awesome place, always crowded but lines move super fast. There's atms indoors available 24hrs and staff is wonderful and very professional.
Good service does get busy but they have plenty of ATMs and even a drive through ATM.
The service at Chase is significantly better their fast and no long lines unlike bank of America
