The tellers are very rude and indifferent. It seems like they get bothered when you leave a deposit and they actually have to work. I’m finally leaving a review because I’ve spoken to the manager in the past, and nothing gets resolved. Stephanie and the new girl they hired need to get re-trained. I go to other US Banks and never have these types of experiences. It’s just this one problem location. Corporate needs to switch the team around a bit because this team is too comfortable.
I visited the branch recently and was very pleased. The staff is very helpful and provide great service! Really pleasant people to assist with my needs and I left very satisfied!
This might be one of the worst branches I have ever been too, it has so much potential too. I am considering switching banks after the constant struggles I have here. The final straw occurred the other day: I went to withdraw a few thousand dollars around 11:50 AM, and there was only one teller. After waiting 10 minutes in line because there was only one teller, the teller did not have enough cash on hand to fulfill my withdrawal, pathetic. So I had to go get a hamburger and wait 30 minutes to complete my withdrawal so that another teller could come back from lunch. I got a customer satisfaction survey emailed to me and left a rightfully negative review. Sure enough I get a call from the branch manager who does not own up to the poor customer service and makes excuses... including why I need to withdraw that amount of money. So unprofessional, I would say avoid this bank, interest rates aren't even respectable to put up with the poor service.
Do not go to this branch. They dont have enough staff to help their customers. And if you go and patiently wait in line, they will tell you that they can't help you because your transaction will take a minute and they have a line. This happened to me today, the assistant manager, Alejandra Hernandez, simply told me that she was not going to help me because my transaction was not simple. This was after I waited for 20 minutes in line. She asked me to wait for another manager who "may take a minute to return." When I asked what she meant by a minute, she retracted and said 24 min. After I told her that I had the right to be helped as I waited patiently my turn, she asked me to stepped away from the window and that a teller who will be coming back from lunch in 5 to 15 min would help me. Please assistant manager scheduled your employees' break strategically so your patrons can still receive the services you are mandated to provide. Attentively, A new Wells Fargo customer !!!!!
I'm working with this branch for over 5 years, Personal banking: The bank customer service is great, Great personal banking! If u are a business i would recommend to go to a biger bank that understand the business needs and understand that time is of the essence . My friend, also a business owner and had felt the same .he has closed his business account a while ago. I'm planing doing it in the next coming weeks too many error, delays. they just open next corner a chase Manhattan bank I'm moving my business there. hope i help u guys good luck
Very poor customer service They didn't want to exchange my $20.00 bills for $100 bills the young lady said I would have to deposit it then withdraw it and ask for $100 bills . This u.s. bank location sucks . I will be taken ng my business to a different bank real soon.
Another update from today Aug 24 2020 It's never a smoothe process with this place, attitude always and I always leave disappointed and dissatisfied, I know I'm not the only one. Update from 10 month ago, yup this branch is still a disappointing experience. Even the people being attended to were having problems. This branch is pretty much useless and has let me down over and over and over. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Always bad service under staffed and the people working here don't seem to care about how long your wait now about your experience at this branch.After so many bad reviews you figure corporate would take notice but they don't seem to be bother by the performance of this beach either.
I brought pennies that we're wrapped in set of 50 cents and the lady would take them this time but not next time.
It doesn’t even deserve one star, staff can be rude, only has one ATM that works…..sometimes! They need to knock it over, rebuild and rehire a new team
