Good bank that should open it's back door so people don't have to walk around the building to enter
Drive up atm is temperamental, can sometimes reject deposits for some reason. The staff inside is friendly and there's rarely a wait.
Love coming to this bank. I always feel welcomed. everyone is so nice .One exemplary agent is Nayna Doshi. She is the epitome of what customer service should be. She is always pleasant and fulfills all my orders and requests. Thank you Chase for hiring such wonderful agents.
I was trying to do a wire. First I tried online, it says it's out of my wire limit. Then I called chase to increase limit. the rep said she can't do it. What? Then I went to local office to do the wire, local! they took my bank card and drivers license. then they have to call to see if something is right. I waited more than half an hour. eventually she give me a document saying the wire will be done by the day. I thought it's over. But! by end of the day I checked my account, the money still in the account! More drama coming. Then I called customer service again. Rep told me it's in fraud team. they will call me back. One female rep called me back. All she wanted to do is to fail me in verification. She asked me security questions. First question, I am a hundred percent sure my answer is correct becuase it's my previous address. The second and third question was something more than 15 years ago. I am not sure about my answers but I tried my best. Then she said none of my answer was correct! What?! What's wrong with Chase. I am deeply disappointed. I did the wire locally, they already checked my DL. Why do you want to make the process so difficult, Chase? One more question I asked is if I did not have called, will my wire go through? She said in a tone like mocking, it may get approved or may not get approved. What a helpful answer! Speechless
These days walking into a Chase branch requires specialized service, and Chase has made it easy for customers by allocating the right staff to meet their needs. Savitri was the person who delivered excellent service. Granted, this was my first time at this branch, and everyone was great. I look forward to visiting again when I’m on that side of town. Thanks again for your help. No pictures to share here.
I had a great experience here today. Thanks to Savitri who helped me close my account that I made in college. I was having a hectic day and usually banking experiences aren’t the best for me… so, walking in, I was a bit anxious already. However, she was so nice and efficient.
I went for opening personal account without appointment but one of tellers he was so kind and nice let me in and I was able to see Carla. She was super nice and she proceeded the work very quick and precisely. I loved her outstanding work. Thank you!
A few of the tellers here are miserable human beings. I get that working with the public can be tough but you have to at least pretend you don't hate everyone that walks in the door. I get dirty looks and attitude from just wanting to deposit checks. It's not all of the tellers, we have encountered nice ones. But two of the girls there should only be working behind the scenes.
They deposit check as wrong amount, and refuse to fix it
Waited for more than 15 minutes and no one even helped or tried to help. Not all chase banks have bad service but this definitely doesn’t care about their clients. Don’t recommend this location
