Worst TD bank branch .waste of money for the TD bank Owners .this huge place has only one ATM which is out of order .to open the front door to Access ATM when swipe TD bank debit card it didn't work .after multiple steps finally opened but just one ATM machine and it was out of order. Shame on TD bank .then I ve to go to Jericho turnpike branch just to get cash . Imagine if someone is disabled like me and don't have a vehicle/ride .and is desperate to get some cash to buy some food food carts usually don't take Credit cards .any way 0 out of 10 .who ever is running this branch has to improve
Had a problem with my account, Marlon T was super helpful and after many calls to main office, followed up and fixed it. Even called me later that day to let me know it had been resolved and provided amazing service! This is what one looks for in a banker, personalized service!
Worst customer service. The man named Nitesh Shah is hella rude and when I asked about the question about my mother’s account problem, he replied saying- it’s not bank’s problem. I went to this bank many times and this man encountered us for customer service but he never helped and was so rude in dealing with our issues. Also, I will be going to complaint about him to the manager of the branch. SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
DMV does better service. The wait time is unbelievable. There were 3 people ahead of me and it already took 40 minutes.

Horrible experience at this bank! Went in to get access to my safe deposit box and a customer was in there for nearly half an hour. When I asked the teller what was going on she simply shrugged and said there is nothing they can do about it and said someone can take 30 minutes or 5 hours. I said I understand, but can someone atleast knock to see what is going on? half an hour is a very long time to be spending just to get something out of a box! The teller became even more rude and was ready to just start an argument to where I just walked away as I knew this conversation was not going to go anywhere. The staff at this td bank location was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, he had his back turned at me to avoid any addressing to what was going on and waved his hand dismissively. Very horrible attitude from the staff at this td bank location! The staff was taking their sweet time chit chatting away and being as slow as they possibly can. No value for anyone's time or the decency to even speak to the customer in an understanding or kind manner.
Worst, slowest customer service i have seen in my life. Unbelievably slow. For example taking care of 2 customers can take 2 to 3 hours. Can you believe that. Some staff need to be fired.and rehire Specifically a white old short hair lady. When she help seems like she is giving you huge favor otherwise she don't want to even see you. Only the Indian staff is great humble polite n helpful .. because of this i start going back to TD Bank Great Neck . Amazing very professional customer service
Here 2 days in a row - they have no clue how business is done and have 0 interest in anything other than wasting time. Banks like this spoil a brand.
Worst branch ever. They are so unbelievably slow. They don't understand what anyone is asking for. They don't provide pens at the drive thru so you have to send that carrier thing back twice and wait while they ignore you, just so you ask for a pen. I guess they expect you to write in blood. The poor woman next to me is still waiting for them to fix her mistake. She's been here even longer than me. Won't come back.
