Everyone at this practice was very courteous and welcoming from the receptionists to the doctors and Quest blood work. I was able to get from the waiting room to see my doctor in a short time and Dr Lisa was extremely accommodating and welcoming I felt more like I was talking with a friend then I was talking to my doctor! For someone who hasn’t seen the doctor since I was a teenager this was IMPERATIVE as I’ve had some less than good results with seeking health care. I ended up having some blood work drawn which Quest across the hall was also very quick, had no problem drawing my blood, made it painless and were also very friendly and conversational. Also happy birthday again Dr Lisa!
I have been going for over 2 years and I am always satisfied with the way I am treated. The doctors and nurses are very professional and nice. The pharmacy is in the building and I usually can get my prescription there with minimal waiting.
This review is based purely on reception. Haven't even been to see the doctor yet-- but despite recommendations it's not even worth it for the drive and the wait times. Been on hold for 20+min both times I called just to make the appointments, then when I try to call and confirm/update the day of, nobody answers the phone. 3 calls and you couldn't answer the phone? Drove an hour out of my way to get here because there was no way to contact the office and find out if I could be seen after being late. Then I'm scheduled out a full month away. Could be the best doctor in the world but I'm not dealing with that again.
I have been seeing Dr Ndi as my primary care doctor for some time, and it has always been a pleasant experience each time. She is really professional, friendly, thorough and will go out of her way to address every issue and concern. She patiently listens to whatever I have to say and gives the needed recommendations and treatment. I appreciate you.
Dr. Kramer is absolutely incredible!! But the wait times are pretty bad and I have not called one time where somebody actually answered the phone. Thee recommendation I got for the doctor was spot on, I couldn't be happier. But the phone calls and not being able to reach anybody at all is pretty brutal. They also forgot to give me my patient portal, they didn't text it or email it, so I can't do anything about being unableto contact someone.
Wonderful experience at Chase Brexton. The staff was amazing and Dr. Ryan was very kind and reassuring. Everything ran exactly on time and the overall experience was nothing short of excellent.
Dr Lisa Lesare she's so professional and very wonderful person, she treated me like one of her family members. It's was the best Doctor visit I had in a long time. Definitely I'll come back again.
Dr. Ryan has definitely been one of the better Dr's I've had at Chase Brexton. I started with Chase Brexton in,I believe 2008,left for about 3-5 years and came back in 2015. They've helped me with a lot over the years and I'm very grateful for their services...Not so happy about my dental right now so hopefully someone reads this survey and gets a hold of me to discuss in further detail my problem. Please put more friendly staff I had a bad experience when renewing my mother's insurance in this place with a girl named CANDICE in a bad way she gave me my identification that she even pushed her to the ground through the window after making comments in a bad way The place is very nice because they help many low-income people
