Everyone was very pleasant, professional & productive; not to mention quick. This Quest location Hospital Dr. Glen Burnie runs like a well-oiled machine! Even though I didn’t have an appointment scheduled for today, from the time I walked in the door until the time I left when finished only 22 minutes had passed. Excellent work Quest! Thank you from a very satisfied customer.
Amazing service, awesome staff and over all great experience not once but every time. I have blood work done a minimal 5 times a year. The Hospital Dr. location has always been sufficient, friendly & clean. Thanks!
I’m very impressed with Quest Diagnostics. I came in today to have some blood work done and was seen within minutes of my arrival. The front staff was very friendly and helpful too. JoAnn, the phlebotomist who did my blood work was so sweet, thorough and professional. I felt very comfortable and I’m happy I found Quest Diagnostics.
Made an 8am appointment at this Glen Bernie location. Arrived at 7:50 and there were about 14 other patients waiting. Shortly after 8, I asked one of the staff how far down the list I was given that I had an 8 am appointment. She leafed through a stack of papers and told me everyone there had appointments for 8 as well! Why on earth would you overbook so much and waste people’s time! I had a child with me who had a fasting appointment and was already cranky. No way I could wait for 14 other folks before it hit our turn. 4 other folks walked in while I was there. It’s entirely wrong for Quest to overbook like this. It shows you do not value your customers and are just greedy, money-hungry, incompetent, opportunists. Someone could at least have come out to say something to pacify waiting customers and apologize for the delay but no, they wouldn’t even know how to spell customer service. And while I sat there waiting, their ad promoting “fast” “quick in and out” service if you make an appointment kept playing over and over. What a joke. I walked out and will never come back again. You lost a customer for sure.
Made an appt for 1pm today. Showed up 5 min early, did my check in at the kiosk. There were 8 other people on the waiting room. Someone ahead of me called the number to ask a question because there was no one at the front desk. An elderly man didn't know what to do and they were very rude and just directed him to the kiosk. I waited until 145 and STILL was not seen. I am pregnant and very sick and couldn't sit and wait there forever and since no one is at the front desk you can't even ask where you are on the list. Ridiculous to say appts get priority when someone came in 40 min after me and was seen before I was. I will never go back to this location.
Lashani was great. I was taken back promptly at my appointment time. I am always nervous when getting blood drawn, but she was friendly and funny which helped a lot. She was very gentle and I barely felt a thing. I was playing phone tag with my doctors office to fax the order to their office and after my third time calling my doctors office, she called them for me and they finally got the paperwork handled.
Tiffani was a pleasure and seemed to care about her team and their level of customer service. They are still working through training their staff and handling an influx of customers. It was quite a wait but Tiffani was upfront with us in the waiting room which let us know what was going on. Once customers are taken to the back, the process was efficient and easy. When they get a few more employees, with Tiffani's leadership, the office should be just fine.
Terrible facility. I had to take my mother, who is on oxygen and uses a cane, for her blood work. She had made an appointment for 8:10. We got there at 8:10, but by the time we finished the electronic check in, it said no appointment found. The useless receptionist said “you must be late, go back and sign in for the next available appointment”, which was 8:40. Didn’t matter that she already had an appointment, she wouldn’t check on her computer. There are several older people that are having issues with the kiosk, and she is not helpful.
Absolutely wonderful, from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness. I am a hard stick and had a vein blow out at another drs office just a few days ago. So when I went in today I was so nervous. Wendy was amazing, she took all my concerns into consideration. She helped me relax and was super kind. She found my vein the first time and it was a quick and easy process. I am not doing anywhere else for blood work in the future. This place is 11/10.
Micaela, Dia, and all the amazing people that work here make the frequent testing aspect of chronic illness so much less stressful. I'm in and out so quickly, they always check in on me after a blood draw I'm a fainter, and it's nice and clean. They're so skilled and patient with my tiny veins, I've also never left with the typical gauntlet of bruises I love this Quest!
