They are not good at the teller station. They want to know what your going to do with your money. The Vice President, Jeanna Garrett wanted me to sit down and have a meeting with her about what I was going to do with $1500 dollars ? I told her she was crazy. The Branch Manager has no right to know what you do with your money. Even the District Manager told me I was wrong, "they do have a right to know how you use your money." Absolutely nuts at that Chase location. Is this still America?
I have had the pleasure of having an account with them for over 3 years now. Their team is very friendly, professional, and ready to help! The lines aren’t too long and the building is well kept. They are a great team. I like how they offer coffee and that since I am a college student, they offer a college checking account. I love how close it is to SSU and to my house. Makes it convenient. 5 stars! Highly recommend!
I love everyone at this branch! They know me by name and always greet me warmly. They make great small talk and my account is always well taken care of. They are efficient and get people in and out quickly. Great job everyone! I appreciate all of your efforts!
Came in for help setting up automated credit card payments from my checking account. They assured me it would work & then it didn't. When I came in the next day to dispute they told me that there was nothing they could do. Years later I learned that they could've helped. At best they are misinformed, worst experience at Chase I've ever had. Their poor service will haunt my credit score for 7 years.
I changed my review of this bank to reflect the efforts of the branch manager to get a 7 day hold removed on a check I deposited, a hold that was only made transparent AFTER the deposit process was completed! Deposit on December 1st? You’ll see those funds December 10th have a nice day. She clearly made getting this hold released a priority since the entire deposit was available early the next day. This was a far different experience than the usual polite indifference that you get at most banks.
Highly Disappointed by Bank Employee. Was waiting over the designated area to wait until a representative will come and choose you randomly. Being gentle is not appropriate there, they will pick people who are sneaking into their desks. No Value of your time- you need to be lucky enough to get your issues resolved on time.
As a Chase customer for over 6 years I can say with high confidence that personal banker Dale L. Martin goes above and beyond for his clients. He professionally and kindly solved an ongoing issue I had in less than an hour. I recommend him for any financial services due to his high knowledge in his profession.
Their atm has two machines side by side, but during bad rain there is no overhead covering, you can get wet.

This branch is severely lacking in etiquette and demonstratively prone to profiling customers. I found this to be exceptionally true of George Hoang. Do yourself a favor. Choose a bank that deserves your business; one with employees that show respect and appreciation for everyone human that enters the building regardless of sex, race, class or other irrelevant and groundless consideration.
