First time experience and I finally got what I asked for without a battle! Kristen seemed to know and understand everything I wanted and created highlights on my hair that were multidimensional. I loved my whole experience and it was relaxing. Thankful for the opportunity to fall in love with a new place!

Great salon!!! I get my hair colored and cut here regularly and spray tanned and I always leave happy! Kim does such a great job with my hair and my tan. I change my hair up a lot and she always gets it right! The spray tan is the most natural looking spray tan I've had and Ive tried many different places before. And the prices are very reasonable. Love Chateau Blu!!

The most amazing people I have ever met. They saved me from a disaster from the hair salon just down the street the same day. They will go above and beyond for you. Extremely friendly and treat you like family

All of the girls working in this salon are very friendly, talented, and professional. Milena has done my balayage the last 2 times I came in and it looks fantastic! I always love how I look when I leave! I live 20 minutes away and I have tried several other salons that are closer, but they just don’t compare. Don’t bother looking around, because you won’t find a better place!

Our first time here was last month. My daughter had a Keratin treatment. Christina did a fabulous job and my daughter is so excited because she can do her hair in half the time and her frizzy, curly hair is now under control. Milena and Christina were so welcoming and sweet and the hair salon is absolutely adorable. I can't wait for my Keratin treatment next month!

Great atmosphere.  I always feel at  home and spoiled while I'm there. Everyone is friendly and the salon is always very clean. I've had color, cut and spray tan with Kim. She always goes above and beyond and I always feel great when I leave. All the stylists are very knowledgeable and friendly.  Thank you for a great experience everytime ladies!

Chateau Blu is such a clean and welcoming place. I do not frequent salons often, busy mom to 3 little kids but this is where I go to feel welcomed, relaxed and excited to be made beautiful again and feel like a Real Natural Woman!!! They always do such a nice job and find exactly what you are going for in your look! Highly Recommend for first timers to give this wonderful place a try!!! Love it there!! Thank you Chateau Blu for always making me feel and look pretty!!

Was able to get a same day appointment with Kim.  It was my first time at CB.  Very informal and friendly.  Haircut was great!  Exactly what I wanted.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I’ve been coming to Lisa for close to 20 years.  She is a fabulous hairdresser and always does a great job.  She keeps up with the latest trends but also stays true to what you want her to do and what style looks best on YOU.  The shop is clean and gives off a happy vibe and the prices are very reasonable.  I would highly recommend Chateau Blu!! Easy parking too!

I initially posted a poor review when I arrived for an appointment and was told I wasn't in the system.  However, I am pleased to revise my review to "5 stars" after the owner Milena personally reached out to me and offered a complimentary keratin treatment for my inconvenience.  I was treated very well by Milena and Christina and am very happy with the results.  It says a lot for a business to contact an unhappy customer and do whatever it takes to make things right.  I am impressed!  They now have a customer who is happy to recommend them.
