So I am currently sitting under te the dryer at this salon and I am truly impressed.  Smiling faces from the moment I walked through the door. Impeccable service from  beginning to end .  I brought my five-year-old son with me to get his hair done and it was such an awesome and positive experience. We are both sitting under the dryer and I could not be more happy with the professionalism the nice decor and just the overall vibe and atmosphere of the salon. This  isn't my first time here but I must say it feels like the first time today because great customer service always makes you feel fresh and new.  The beauticians, their professionalism, the owner is amazing...I cannot say enough about it truly....just really really enjoyed my visit to the salon and it's just very family oriented and whether you're from the area or not u will NOT be disappointed. These are professionals who truly aim to please. And if you're looking to support like myself a black owned and operated business, look no further. Excellent all the way around.

I went to this salon on three occasions and although the stylists were amazing I will NEVER go back! The first time I had great service and rescheduled immediately. The second time I was waiting for my stylist to arrive for 30 minutes and no one gave me any information so I walked out. The last time when I was there receiving a service a stylist came in and requested that the owner pay her what she was due. The arguing continued for about 20-30 minutes and as a client I felt very uncomfortable especially when the police arrived. Even after the situation was resolved nor the owner or anyone working at the salon apologized to the paying clients that were receiving services during that time. I contacted my stylist later on to schedule and appointment and found out that she never received the $20 tip I included on my card for the $55 service I received.

I bring my 14yo here to get her hair done. They are always accommodating and rarely do we have to wait to be serviced. We usually go on a Sunday, I love the fact that they have Sunday hours. Her hair always comes out nice and the stylist are so nice. If you don't have a stylist or need a back up salon, I would suggest to come here.

Specialized in natural hair. Not so much. Very nice place and pleasant customer service but they know nothing about natural hair. I got a rod set on my hair epic fail. The product that they use dries you hair out and my rod set had no definition. Also i got my daughters hair blow dried and prep for braids, another no no. They used no leave in conditioner, no heat protection and harshly raked my daughters ‘ tresses causes excessive split ends. They need to do some research on how to treat black people’s hair in the state that it grows out of our heads. With Moisture and gentle treatment our hair is really manageable and beautiful.

Paid $70 for a kids age 11rollerset that looks a mess nor what I wanted! Not one to complain yet just would never look back. I'm one that doesnt mind paying for quality e.g. quality products & a great styling. Nonetheless, this place does not offer that. Moreso fresh out of hair school stylist. Not to insult stylists however, too many stylist I know under-marginalize themselves or deal w/clients that want to insult them w/they price for great work. Cynthia Stelly Hair Salon was the best & was worth every penny plus some!! Unfortunately she retired. I know owners & stylist must make they money yet make sure you're worth it. Too much of incompetence is now well known in the hair business. Stylist & owners proclaiming clients complain about price yet please, MAKE SURE you're worth it & making sure your clients left feeling like they left a damn hair salon.

Very disappointed in the settling experience. All in all good service. They do need more practice with different hair styles. Went go get Tara wig done. Ended up spending up $200 for something that cost $80. I don't mind paying of the service is good and I want quality, but this was very disappointing.

This was my first experience at this salon. It was a great experience shout out to Terrance And Art for making my experience great. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. Will definitely come back.

I have been going to this salon since 2006 , I have waist length natural hair and I  always leave looking a movie star. Shout out to my stylist Ms Lenae best stylist ever.

I love this place it's clean and peaceful my stylist is Lanae and she has growing hands and her styles are always on point!
