Great prices for the location. I'm paying half of what most places wanted for a large, secure parking spot for a trailer. It may not be the prettiest place around, but it meets my needs and does the job for a great low price. My father-in-law has two shops here and I know he loves it too. The rent for the shops isn't too high and he gets what he needs out of it. The property manager is very kind and understanding as well. I'm glad I was able to find this place.
Great price for the space. On-site manager is a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to start a business since it does have its own physical address. I really don't understand why people would say it's run down. I thought it was a great shop for the price & has gated entry & security cameras for your protection as well.
Chatfield Mini Shops is amazing! I have been renting a unit from them for over 9 months and I couldn't be happier. They have 24 hour access which allows me to come and go at my own convenience. I like to start very early so it's nice to be able to start work at 4 am but also to come back after dinner, once the kids are in bed. There is also an on-site manager. So anytime I have an issue I can stop into the office to talk to her. Margie is wonderful! She's always so helpful and once, I left for vacation and wasn't sure if I had shut my garage door. She was able to check and let me know that indeed my unit was locked up and my lights were off. I have a lot of equipment that I store here and I know it is secure because of the onsite manager, security system, and locked gate that requires a passcode after hours. I would highly recommend to anyone!
This is the worst place to rent from! Dirty facility 100% High rent for a small box sized storage. Potholes and nasty restroom.
Most affordable shipping containers anywhere. Around half the price of Denver. Owners/Management are very nice. The only downside is lack of payment options.
owner is crazy! work here for about a month and she would nit pick about ever thing we did, I think she just wants people to stored stuff there, cas she hates workers.
