"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. Awesome experience today. Having one of the only covered drives thru, I was able to grab my 5 dollar Bacon Cheeseburger Crisp Meal today in a storm.Food: 5/5
The wait at this location was long. My fries were cold. My cheese Stix taste sweet. The sweet tea wasn't sweet. Just all bad. Except my burger. It was good.Food: 2/5
I’m sharing this review to get attention from anyone that goes here. I went through the drive through and ordered. I tried to pay with an Amex card but checkers doesn’t accept that so I used my Debit card which I never use to pay. Later that day I noticed my bank notified me of suspicious activity on my account. Someone was trying to use my debit card info to make multiple purchases online to buy shoes from Nike website. Seeing as how this checkers was the only place I ever used my debit card and handed a cashier the card they must have taken a picture of my card and either sent it to a friend or tried to use it themselves. I didn’t pursue any legal actions because all the transactions was declined and I didn’t lose any money. Just had to get a new card. Just be careful handing your physical card here. Use Apple Pay for safety.
The staff is always nice, especially Bri and Ollie always there to answer questions and try to help if something isn't right. I don't know if the district/regional manager realizes this or not. These are two employees they need to keep. We don't know the owner. We can only see his representative, and they are the face of the owner. Awesome job, guy's. Kid-friendliness: When l use the delivery service, l enjoy the options on the kids menu. I order items for them also. The verity is pleasing. This allows parents to purchase food for our children. Parking: There is free parking around the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheelchair accessible.
I mean the food was as expected for a fast food chain. Food was served fresh and hot and fairly quickly which was all a plus. Only one side of the drive through was open, thankfully the drivers side. The down side was the employee who was smoking ew in the doorway on the other closed side as we placed the order.
Paid extra to add cheese on two items and got them without. Fries seemed to have been sitting for awhile as they weren’t hot and fresh..fish sandwich barely had any tartar sauce on it. Disappointing!
Ok. I am so unhappy today. This Checkers has gone DOWN fast over the past few months. Came in today April 25, 2019 at 12:25pm pulled up, one car at the window, another car left in front of us from waiting too long. While we sat waiting to order, 3 cars came past us in the other line. After 10 minutes waiting my wife said "hello" and a loud woman came on the speaker and said "hold on now there's a new person training, it's her first day!". My wife said "there's 3 cars that passed us and we haven't had our order taken" then a loud male got on the speaker and said "well then come to the other side and I'll take care of you"...we and 2 other cars just drive away. Who trains someone at a fast food restuarant at the drive thru window, at the busiest time of day? Too bad, I'll never go back. The only time this place ever ran good is when the male manager works there, he keeps that place running smooth. Wont return and now can't recommend. Went from 5 star to 1. Just like that. This is a update to a previous review from last year. I've been coming back here over the years and in the last 6 months or so the service and staff are getting a lot better and the food quality is a lot better. I believe it's due to the newer manager whose name is Peter. I came in today and ordered my normal Checkerburger and a chili burger and small Coke and the Checkerburger and chili Burger were the cleanest and most well made that I've had at any Checkers in years so that's pretty impressive.The date of this review today is May 10th 2018 11:15 a.m. I love me some checkers. With a menu slap full of gastronomic decadence, if you want to knock congestive heart failure and myocardial infarction and GERD off your bucket list then this is your place! Personally whenever I go here I get the checkers burger and a chili burger, and small drink, that way I get the heartburn and veggies at the same time. This place is the ultimate indulgence for munchies. Highly recommend to all walks of life. Oh and today on our visit, Steven at the window was a trip: customer service with an excellent sense of humor.
EVERYTHING that we ordered was FRESH, HOT and DELICIOUS. I would rather spend my money eating at Checkers then at the majority of these restaurants. I'll FOREVER SCREAM "Checkers/Rally's is the BEST!!!!!! Parking: Hiram, GA plenty of parking
Had my normal burger fries and shake great as normal long line very long line but food was goodFood: 4/5
Haven't been here for about a year and everything just came up perfect. Had a triple cheeseburger with a chicken sandwich. Some mozzarella sticks everything was delicious. Food was fresh and served promptly.Food: 5/5
