Chef Alex Salas is native to the New Orleans area with strong latin family roots. As a self-professed "foodie", Alex began his culinary dream managing the local, world renowned Mother's Restaurant over 7 years ago. In addition, Chef Alex was often seen moonlight catering at several of the local hotels and reception venues. With the desire to share his passion for food, Cafe' Ambrosia is transforming from a vision to reality this winter!
