I recommend this establishment. The service is excellent. The location has ample parking space. I was here while it was only one nail tech and I watched her soak a woman's nails, do my wife eyebrows and she did my feet. The lady who had her nails soaked was not happy and left, but for the one lady to attempt to serve three people at once speaks volumes about her work ethic and im all for it... 100%

Strong accent which causes a Huge language barrier between customers and the women that runs this place. She is friendly. Place not so clean but not many nail salons around here are. I'm satisfied with the work that she did to hands and feet.

Have been coming here for years. I liked the prices and the services were great. Just recently went today and no one was in and I thought me and my mom could get our pedicures done. The woman asked the other woman in the salon to do my moms and she refused, stating that “her feet were too sensitive” which was not the case at all and she has never done her pedicure before. The whole time she hid in the back because she didn’t want to face us in person. I am a hairstylist and I work in this industry so I don’t enjoy writing a bad review because I don’t have the time as it is, but you won’t disrespect my mom and not have a valid reason. Will not be coming here ever again.

The best nail salon around and especially the best prices. Most nail salons charge more than this please. And this is where I go to get my nails done

They were amazing at first! Then they randomly stopped giving good service. When I would walk in they would ignore me and say i need to call ahead and then if i called before i came they said I dont need to call so when i show up they left me sitting in the pedi bowl for an hour! I AM A PROFESSIONAL nail tech who hates to do her own feet and hard to get friends in my salon to do them bc we are all busy so id rather pay someone at another salon to do them and I would never treat my clients this way. Dont go to them, they dont care about their clients. Thats why they are cheap and replaceable besides the work is NOT to my standard. I only went there because they are close to my house.

Actually Crystal Nails is/was next door to Snap Fitness Ctr. where I go to exercise. Cannot comment. But my wife really seemed to be satisfied when she visited.

Horrible first time coming in no welcome or greet until 15 mins in from another worker! Only 2 workers working and they don't move around at all so you just sitting they had 4 people in front Im still waiting! If it wasn't for the prices I would have left by now! Wont be back again terrible services!

Stay there 2 hours yesterday . Today my nails are messed up she used old finger nail polish that dried sticky.
