Chehalis Children's Clinic

When needed, they always get my kiddos in same day or next day for treatment! I have a child with severe allergies and a weak immune system so sometimes we are there multiple times a week and we are always treated with kindness and understanding. For this worried mama they give me peace of mind every time I have a concern while making me feel seen and understand. I went to this clinic as a child and am more than happy to bring my own children here!!

I've been going here sense I was a new born I love the doctors and nurses like they are family they take carry good care of there patience and make sure they are comfortable with what is going on I'm not good with needles but have never had a bad time with them if I wasn't ready they would give me a second then try again they let me rant every now an then about how life is going and they make it feel as comfortable as u can be I'm honestly gonna be bummed out when I can't go here anymore but I will definitely put my child threw here

Lisa Birley is amazing. She has a holistic approach, and has the patients best intrest in mind. Gentle bed side manner and wonderful communication. She genuinely cares for my kiddo with behavioral issues and getting to root cause instead of just prescribing medications. Thank you for your awesome care. Dr. Laprowse is also equally amazing, and genuine. If you want someone to listen to your concerns and treat you, the parent and your kiddo with respect and dignity choose this clinic. I can't thank you all enough. From the front office staff, to the back. Truly a wonderful place to recieve my child's care.

Dwayne M - you have the Freedom to choose another doctor that will do as you demand. To publically bully or intimidate this fine clinic with its professionals after all they have provided the community during good and bad times is so uncalled for.

Awesome place Doctor Leprowse is the best he is great with my kids been seeing him since new borns

We’ve used CCC for two & a half years, first with my toddler when we moved here & now with our nine month old as well. We started out with Dr. Tremonti & we LOVED him, then had a re-scheduling & he wasn’t available so we saw Dr. Lisa. I could not find a bad thing to say about either of them if I tried, they are both amazing doctors. They’re patient, friendly, my kiddos are comfortable with them, and neither of them rush through appointments. They stick around until all of my questions are answered. We have also used their Sick Child Clinic a few times on Saturdays and I’m very grateful they have that option, as an ER trip was unnecessary but we did need antibiotics. Overall we’re very happy to have found such a great clinic!

I used to really like this clinic. Used to. I hate how I'm told completely different information at visits and then when I get the bill. Fist, I'm told not to worry about the copay, even though I'm ready to day it day of. And then a couple months later, I get a bill for two copays that I was told before I didn't need to pay. Lisa is my favorite physician there. I'm iffy on the other ones my son has seen. Just because of how difficult it's been to get a straight answer from them, them to figure out billing, and to ever hear anything from a doctor outside of an in clinic appointment, I'll be taking my child elsewhere. Props to the nursing staff though. No complaints there. Especially the guy that always wears scarves and the redhead. Those two are great. Billing person is not understanding either.

I just moved here, have been having difficulties getting mail delivered to my new address. I received a nastygram from this office for a copay that was due for my child's care. I have to say it speaks volumes when a doctor's office punishes the child stating you must get a new primary care physician for your child in 30 days and then threatens to tell your insurance carrier as well, without even giving a person the benefit of the doubt. Now that I am receiving my mail and have read this I will not only gladly pay the copay but will gladly not bring my infant back to this unprofessional office. The threats in their correspondence was hardly necessary and downright disrespectful. I didn't appreciate the nurse also sneaking in an influenza vaccine which was not a mandatory vaccine with my infant daughter's mandatory vaccines without asking me first. My daughter's former primary health physician and their staff always asked before administering non-mandatory vaccines. My daughter got very sick. I will never refer this place or come to this office again. I have never heard of sending nastygrams to clients

The doctor and nurses are very nice, actually enjoyed them. However after my daughter was struck by a car and air flighted to seattle childrens hospital.. the office that was supposed to do the follow up couldnt get the files in reguards to the injuries that my daughter had sufferered.. so doctor would do a basic checkup .. and send her home.. after a year of asking them to get records.. still no luck

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Lisa is a gem! Chris is so positive and Dr. Leprowse is great! They are all amazing doctors. Best doctors office in this state. They go above and beyond.
