Pleasant, down to earth staff. Dr. Osborn has a wonderful bedside manner. We've never felt rushed or like we were just numbers to anyone. My husband loves to B/S and Dr. Osborn doesn't ever seem to mind. They got our paperwork and insurance approval done super fast! Which is amazing, considering doctors don't get to decide a patients care plan and procedures anymore. Those decisions are up to the bean counters at the insurance companies.
His office has screwed up three, yes three, of my dads blood tests. Each time he has to retake one, it adds about a week to get the results and his condition is very time sensitive. They are quick to offer apologies but it’s beyond ridiculous. This is truly a pathetic operation and I can’t believe they’re allowed to have people’s lives in their hands. The office runs with all the efficiency that you would expect from a used tire store. Save yourself a lot of frustration and time and quite possibly your life and find another doctor.
I have been Dr Osborn's cancer patient for 10 years now --10 years that I am not sure, for most of it, that I would have had otherwise. I have breast cancer and have gone from stage 2.5 to stage 4 very slowly --mostly because Dr Osborn has managed to keep this cancer at bay using exceptional and latest innovations. He really knows his stuff and I would have been a fool not to follow his advice. And probably by now a dead fool. When I first met him, I had gone to him for a second opinion because another local doctor had recommended a treatment that turns out would likely have damaged my heart and was not the right one for my age group. I chose Dr Osborn and in return, I have had a decade of care from a kind and brilliant man... He is the one bit of real luck and real knowledge that God handed to me along with this challenging diagnosis --it has come back four times and with Dr Osborns help I keep beating it back.... In all this time I can't think of one bad thing to say about him or his staff. He's a really nice and very interesting guy and his staff have often gone out of their way to help me.
We had the unfortunate experience of visiting Dr. Osbourne for a blood issue she was dealing with. He quickly diagnosed her with something that had long been ruled out by previous Doctors and sent us off with just a bill. We later saw a Dr. at OHSU who was shocked by his diagnosis and advice. If you care about your health and future, I'd make the drive somewhere else.
My husband had a medical emergency while at this office yesterday. When I called the next day to confirm his next appointment the receptionist was very cold and impersonal. I asked why nobody had called to inquire about my husband's health, and she said that was the nurses job, and they were just too busy. I work in the medical field and would never treat any patients in a cold and uncaring way that I was treated by this receptionist.
Great people really know their stuff. Place is a little small prefer the west Olympia office but besides that they are awesome
The clinic is very poorly ran and doesn't care about the patient.
