What a super cute yogurt place. I was blown away by the size of the place, the amount of choices and most of all the dividers for the cup!!! Not to mention the amazing help. Wonderful experience.
Lots of different options for flavors and toppings! Found it neat that you can get a splitter and split your flavors and toppings so you don’t necessarily have to decide on one or another. Staff was awesome and friendly, answered many questions for us first time “fro-yo-ers”. Everything from the dining area, to the machines and the topping area was really clean, which isn’t all typical for a ”salad bar” style business. It was tasty and we enjoyed our visit!
Prices are kinda high for froyo. No tiny sample cups, so be sure to grab another cup to sample froyo. Great Flavors and Toppings!
This is a great place to take your kids of all ages to have a great time. I have been too many different frozen yogurt places, and CherryBerry has the largest selection of yogurts to choose from. They also have a large selection of toppings. There were many families with kids of all ages who came and left whole I was there. They have fun seating as well.
The nicest man was working today. Amazing customer service. Friendly and so caring. The ice cream/ frozen yogurt was delicious!
I drove to the Lakeville Cherry Berry with 10 minutes to spare. Once I arrived at 9:55 I went to open the door and the door was LOCKED. The one worker was mopping the floor and looked at me and my 5 kids and gave me a dirty look while the store was supposed to open for another 5 minutes. My kids will never recover from this traumatic experience. I demand justice for my kids and your poor staffing issues. DO BETTER‼‼
I have never been so insulted in all my life. I tipped the guy $3 for $30 of frozen yogurt and the guy at the register laughed at me. We filled our bowls, added our toppings, placed them on the scale ... exactly what was I tipping him for? But I still tipped him anyway. And his response was to insult me for not tipping him more?
I can’t believe I had to pay extra fees when I used my credit card. You guys should tell the customer we have to pay extra if we use credit cards. Hidden fees No Bueno
Good selection of toppings and flavors, & toppings are fresh, not stale.
$3 Monday is great but only one person working. Long line to checkout!
