Mainstreet Coffee & Wine Bar

About

Mainstreet Coffee & Wine Bar features artisan coffees, bakery goods, sandwiches, wraps, homemade soups, salads, flatbread pizzas, wines and craft beers.

Description

MAINSTREET COFFEE CAFE

Our coffee is master roasted in small batches by a local roaster from Brooklyn Center, MN, known as Roastery 7. We choose this roaster not only for their 40 + years of combined experience in artisan coffees, but also for our shared beliefs in the coffee buying industry. We believe that the farmers who share our values of quality, environmental stewardship & dignified treatment of others, should be paid premium price for their beans.

LUNCH

Our extensive sandwich, wrap and grilled paninis are made to order with only the freshest of ingredients. Soup and salads are also available daily.

CATERING

Having a lunch meeting in your office? Mainstreet offers box lunches, sandwich and wrap trays, fresh fruit and salads. We offer free delivery service to businesses in Lakeville. Please call ahead 24 hours to place your catering order.

MAINSTREET WINE BAR

Finding inspiration in the 100 year old bank building – we converted the existing antique bank vault (complete with the original door & hardware) into our wine cellar. Whether it’s for a few hours with friends or a special night out, relax by our fireplace on cool nights, or enjoy a warm Summer evening on our large patio.

WINE & BEER SELECTION

Mainstreet Wine Bar offers a wide selection of interesting red and white wines — with over 30 wines by the glass & flights of your choosing, so you can experience wine at its best. If beer is more your thing, we offer bottled craft beer, gluten free beer & ciders, and imports from breweries around the world.

WINE BAR MENU

Our cheeses and breads, fresh made flatbreads, and home made sandwiches, wraps and paninis make the perfect finish to the end of a hectic day.

My favorite place to grab an after dinner drink in the summer . They are in my opinion , hands down, the best espresso martini makers in the state. It's a nice , comfortable vibe inside,. Half of the place is a bar, the other half a cafe. The place is a little small, and can get extremely crowded in the summer. But when your there , in the summer , sitting outside , sipping on a salted caramel or chai espresso martini in a rocks glass, there is no place better to be . East Greenwich just comes alive on summer nights and the establishment is located on a busy summer kinda street , where people dine and walk around all night. Whenever your in the mood for a espresso martini , looking for a nice place to go after dinner , or looking for a bit of social night life on the weekend , Main St. Coffee is the spot.
The cafe is so cozy and the staff is so inviting! The prices are pretty reasonable too. The bar is a uniquely laid back vibe, not somewhere to go wild but share stories over an espresso martiniFood: 4/5
Even on a late Sunday night, when all else on Post Road in the charming 300 year old town of East Greenwich is quiet, Main Street Coffee is booming with well-mannered crowds of pleasant regulars. The espresso martinis are nothing other than majestic.Food: 4/5
Fantastic coffee products, pastries etc., and a bar that makes some wonderful Martini's. The bar section stay's open later than the coffee shop. This coffee shop does however stay open longer than most coffee shops and it is nice to know that you can get your coffee fix in the evening too!
Absolutely, rude service. Brought 30 people and even called ahead to inform them that we loved their establishment so much we just wanted some espresso martinis to celebrate a company event. At 10pm, my entire group of 30 was cut off from the bar. Bartenders made a scene, turned off the music and screamed at me for questioning why my large party was restricted from getting what we came to the bar for. I’ve never felt so targeted in my life. I’m very disappointed by this experience and regret bringing my employees and company business here. I wish this wasn’t the case as their drinks and cafe are too notch. Bartenders can make or break a business and man they broke this business……
Very fun place to enjoy others company. Busy even on a Tuesday night. Interesting that all drinks have to be obtained at the bar. There are no wait staff. Those bartenders never stop.
Very disappointed. Had a get together tonight with coworkers because it was the last time we would all be able to get together. We were cut off very quickly because there was a lot of us, which would have been understandable but our party was the majority of the people in the place and security could’ve kicked anyone out if needed. We weren’t rowdy, weren’t knocking over drinks or chairs etc. But the bartender went even further to humiliate my friend in front of everyone by turning off the music and telling her not to argue when she was just curious why a few of us couldn’t order another drink we’re all adults, had designated drivers and just asked a simple question. His response was not only unnecessary but harsh. We’re not children; just wanted to celebrate and figured this business would want our money on a Tuesday night. Instead we were embarrassed and served with a consistent condescending attitude. Don’t bother coming here with a group of friends unless you want to feel shamed and judged without reason when it’s literally so busy on the weekends you can’t even get to the bar
I lived above Main Street coffee for about a year and was in and out constantly. I worked 3rd shift so I saw the owner a lot when he would get here around 4am. Also was our landlord! But Mike who works behind the Coffee counter is THE MAN! Really quick at what he does and makes a perfect Latte. He knows his S*** about coffee! Very personable and nice! Love to have a quick conversation with him. If he’s not behind the counter he’s talking with the patrons! The way the sidewalk and painted and the interior to replicate a European cafe is awesome and it really sets a relaxing tone. There outdoor seating that has an awning over the tables and chairs Incase there a sporadic shower or it’s to warm and sunny. I highly recommends his place! High quality coffee and a great bar on the other side with perfectly made and tasty drinks!!
Well just great that's all it sums this place up perfectly. Staff was friendly and very accommodating I accidentally put nutmeg on my iced Carmel latte and didn't realize until a quarter of my drink was gone. We were sitting outside eating and I went in the tell the girl behind the counter. She instantly said I will make you another one and with a smile no attitude very rare these days Kelsey was great. Definitely will be back here.
Been a regular here for many years. Every time I visit my parents, I come here with a buddy or two, grab a nice coffee and desert, and just people watch and let the world slowly march by. Coffee in this place is awesome, taste very good, and desert is fresh daily. If available get the chocolate moose boom, my god it taste awesome.
