Overall, my experience was fantastic! I like the option of buying your ticket online which is convenient. Also, greeters were at the door to assist if needed. Also, in purchasing popcorn and drinks, there were attendants at every station. Therefore, there were no long lines... Which I really liked!
Well. It’s a bit tired - seats could be modernized. But the real problem is they are not running it well - out of order water fountain. Out of order candy machine. Didn’t have bottled water. Didn’t have white wine. It’s close. Screen was good. Wish someone ran it that cared.
Really good theatre with lots of food options, occasionally, they're understaffed especially with crowds and even busses of people. In those cases, it's best to not buy anything unless it's something quick like candy. Edit: I still come here to watch movies! It wasn't full last time I went. Really nice screens and still a good variety of food. Unfortunately, they raised the price of Dibs from $4.50 to about $5.50.
VERY expensive. Now I know why people would rather stream their entertainment. My wife forgot to take a medication. She went to the water fountain - shut off! Then she got a small bottled water - $6.26. The 4 of us went on a weekday in the late morning expecting a matinee price - $11.50 each, and that was the senior rate. Add popcorn and drinks and you are approaching $100. Bring a big roll of cash here. That explains why we were the only ones in the theater. No hyperbole. The ONLY four patrons for a blockbuster Mission Impossible.
There were no employees checking tickets. The only employees were working in concessions and they even forgot to give the drinks we had just paid for until we reminded them that we still needed our drinks. We get to our theater to see our movie and there were people sitting in the seats that we had reserved and that were on our tickets and would not move. Again, no employees anywhere to get help from. Then, throughout the entire 2 hour movie two groups of people carried on conversations and got loud. Then halfway through the movie, another group comes and shouts “this is the Meg2”. No employees anywhere to be found. After the movie was over, I was going to once again try to talk to an employee, but there were no employees in the building that I could find. I don’t know where the employees went, but they definitely were not available to the customers.
Came on 7/3 to watch Indiana Jones movie. The average waiting time for a drink and popcorn was 30 min per customer. The sloth behind the counter clearly didn’t want to be there, and was dragging her feet around. Screen 11 was trashed badly, and it seemed like wasn’t cleaned for a day or so, the worst thing was AC wasn’t working and in the salon was hot like in Hell. I understand it’s a holiday season and no one wants to work, but if it happens to on the schedule just do your job the best you can and don’t ruin it for others as well.
Cinema is good but not extraordinary. Place is good, clean and organized. Staff is nice, kind and polite. There is lot of space to park your car! It's like going to the cinema in the 90's. Screens are medium, seats are still "old style", there is no kitchen for more "elaborate" food but they do have "cheeto's popcorn " which is awesome!!!
It’s an older theater but if you can overlook the aging and appreciate the feeling of cinema, you will love this place. The employees are always so kind despite being so busy. I have seen countless movies from here and will continue you to do so. Thank you to the gentleman working the counter last night at the Mario movie wearing the Bowser hat. I know he was stressed and overwhelmed but he was so kind. As a service worker, I felt for him and his coworkers. Thank you for everything y’all do
Older theater, but clean and good staff. Sound system was good, very large screen, comfortable seats. Popcorn was tasty, and they have Coke-Zero! my drink.
This is a great theater, I'm glad they fixed the really annoying speaker issue that they had a year or two ago. I think this is probably my primary theater now for most movies. Mostly because the crowds are way smaller people don't know how to behave at Hollywood and the service is pretty good. I'm not sure why they hardcore advertise the 4DX theater at this location, they don't have one as far as I know.
